Great location
easy to excess night life

The hotel is conveniently located near by the sea road and the night life.breakfast is somewhat good.Rooms also clean but there are no separate beds.

Towels were old. Not the grade of hotel we are used to but the price was right. I expected more

I was very disappointed! I had a 10h flight before and I wanted a calm night, but instead I got noisy Gogo bars right under my windows until 4am. Thank God I was able to change my room the next night! The staff were not very nice as well! A d the Internet were only in lobby! See view - could see the sea - a very tiny line after all the garbage houses infront of it!
Nightlife Tip:
If u r not planning to stay in this hotel at night, then it's alright! But if u do, don't expect too much sleep!

The location is very convenient but noisy..

Very strategic location, close to the beach. lots of delicious food vendors around the hotel. easily accessible using songtheaws. quite clean and comfortable rooms, hot water also works well. Reception staff were friendly enough. but .... noise of a few bars around the hotel is extremely disturbing breaks, because it does not stop until 4 am. one more thing you have to be careful is a very slippery floor. then you must be extra patient with egg omelette maker, because he pretends to disappear when we're entered into the breakfast room.

Great Location, Great Price, Would Stay Here Again

my wife and i checked in here for one night intially, because we were concerned about the location, if it would be noisey, and full of single guys taking advantage of the pattaya lifestyle, but not a bad thing can be said about the hotel, the guests, our room was a 100 percent no smoking room, ideal for us, and we were the only guests on the 8th floor, so absolutely zero noise, it was great!!! the only reason we didn't stay longer was we got the call from the british embassy to collect my wife's visa in bangkok, so we can fly home together to the uk :-) .... trust me, this hotel is a great value place to stay!!!... i have spent 5 months in thailand with my wife this year living in hotels, and i always expect a quiet, non smoking room, this hotel ticks all the boxes. i would recommend this hotel to friends, family and if we return to pattaya in the future, i will stay on the 8th floor, and remember the good times waiting for the visa to arrive, in a beach location hotel with friendly, efficent staff.
Hotel Feature Tip:
get the 8th floor for a quiet, quality room with bath, and shower!
