Incredibly bad location but nice enough hotel

Any marketing of this hotel has to come with a very large warning regards its location. Soi 7 has to be one of the noisiest sois on the Pattaya strip. There are clubs on either side the full length of the street; and the blare (and i do mean blare) away until 3am every night. The rooms on the Soi 7 side of the hotel, including corner rooms, are inhabitable to anyone except the comoatose. If you plane on getting any sleep do not stay in these rooms. The rooms on the other side of the hotel are remarkably quiet (given what is happening on the other side). We stayed on the soi 7 side the first night and asked to be moved teh second night; which the staff did with no issues. The problem was exacerbated by the fact that all hotels were booked out that time of year.
Otherwise the rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was less than average, but OK as far as less than average breakfasts go.
Nightlife Tip:
Plan to have an incredible nightlife if you stay at this hotel.

I was a pretty decent hotel to stay, especially for the price you pay and conveniently located as well. The fact that breakfast is served till 11am is great, especially if you want to sleep in a bit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Did vist the the Tiger zoo, which is about 40 minutes from pattaya by taxi, and enjoyed it very much

location is good, but it's quite noisy around.
excellent location in the center of the city. its located at the intersection of two streets: 2nd street and soi 7, ideal for nightlife and shopping. shopping center central festival near.
good swimming pool there but with no sun-umbrellas. breakfast is included and it's good, but monotonous. if you don't have anough time to search the place for a breakfast, then it will do. otherwise there is a great choice of cafes on the street.
Hotel Feature Tip:
rooms are small and shabby, room's balcony watches to a nearby dilapidated building. hotel has wi-fi but it's only at the reception. on the other side of soi 7 there are a lot of bars with loud music. you can hear this noise up to 3-4 hours at nights.
a shower in a bathroom is not separated from the pan baffle and it all becomes wet around when having a shower.

stayed here over the new year but will never do it again to crazy music thumping untill 4am every night didnt try the breakfast as they told me only for one person per room tried say always book for 2 people but they wouldnt reason so told them where to stick it , went and stayed in another hotel for one night just for some sleep , theres nothing wrong with this hotel so long as you want to drink all day and night thats about it.

Ordinary hotel. Small rooms. Very noisy in the evening and night, but what can u expect in Soi 7. The staff almost gave you no attention at all. Sometime it looked like they not wantet to work there at all!
A much better alternative is Eastiny Plaza in Soi 8.
We stayed 9 nights in each hotel and Eastiny plaza is in every way far much better than Eastiny Seven!
Restaurant Tip:
The fishing restaurants in Bansaree beside the sea. You choose what Seafood you want from tanks with all different kind of fish,lobsters you name it! It is all alive when you choose it, and they cook it whatever style you like. A little bit expensive, but good value for your money.
About half hour drive from senter of Pattaya. Rent a bath taxi it is not expensive and he will wait for you on the parking lot and drive you back again when you are finished.

Reception staff very unfriendly. Very noisy hotel due to the amount of bars situated around the hotel. If you are in Pattaya for a party holiday this hotel is in a great location buy if you want a quiet holiday do not stay at this hotel.
