it was a relly bad experience in this hotel since we had experienced an electronic shortcut around 4am in pattaya. my boyfriend went down and try to understand what had happened. however, a staff was sitting in the front desk keeping playing his ipod touch and ignoring my boyfriend. my boyfriend kept waiting and asked where the manager was after 20mins later. the staff just said" the manager was gone" and ignored my bf. however, the security guard was good because he tried to communicate with my bf even though his english was not good. finally, we got the power around 4:45am. the staff was not helpful and we will never stay in the eastiny series hotel anymore!!

For the price you pay you get everything that any traveler needs. The breakfest buffet is very good. You are right in the middle of Soi 7 so its a quick walk to either beach road or 2nd road. The bars across make it a little loud but if you are look for a quiet relaxing hotel then this one is not for you.

The bars across make it a little loud but if you are look for a quiet relaxing hotel then this one is not for you.

The hotel is located near beach road which takes less than 5 minutes to walk. Bars are lined up right in infront of the hotel. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Rooms in the hotel also have a deposit safe though some may not work.
Overall, an inexpensive and convenient place to stay though families with children may find it a little daunting to walk along Soi 7 at night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid the rooms facing the pool if you are a light sleeper

It's truly convenient location. Anyhow if you could not stand on sound on midnight, you better not. Well for me I am OK with that. Depend on your intention, if you are not interested in girls and you are alone. Sorry this is not the place.

This is a great hotel for the money. Once I found that the back side of the hotel is not as noisy as the soi 7 side I was very satisfied. You have a view of the ocean and the Hard rock Hotel with it's multi-colored lights. The pool is ok and offers food and beverages. The rooms are clean and newer with good water pressure and a balcony.
Nightlife Tip:
Many bars on soi 7 and only a quick truck taxi to walking street-about 5 minutes.
