Very clean hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The spa staff was very well educated and helped me achieve my goal.
The internet was very expensive.
I enjoyed my visit at this hotel. I also enjoyed having full access to all the facilities because I stayed in a private room. The prices are very reasonable. The resort is very quiet and peaceful. A great place to get away but not for a place to bring a family. The spa treatments were great and helped me relax!

Great value for money, everyone spoke good english, lovely food with a good selection, great sport facilities.
Free wireless internet in your room would be my only complaint..
Can`t say enough good things about Fairtex in Pattay. I stayed their for 1 month and will deinitley be going back. The sport facilities are great for all the family, there is something for everyone to do. Everyone speaks good English so don`t worry about having any problems checking in or getting infromation about the resort. They also have a great Muay thai traingin area with first class instructors who will make sure you have a great workout..
Shopping Tip : If you will be staying in thailand for a while and will be calling home, I would recommend getting a inter sim phone card. They are made just for international phone calls. It`s costs just 1 TB per min to call a landline in the UK..

Everyone know this's a sports hotel!!! Sports for FREE in my trip!!!
Again, everyone know this's a sports hotel!!! Don't expect anything apart from sports!!! I meant, particularly the quality of the whole hotel, including the hotel room
If U like sports, and think sports is your holidays. This is for U!!! Prepare to do lots of sports in this hotel for FREE~ I did try the Muay Thai training and it's so much fun there. Good coach, but I enjoy more about watching the training of the PRO. Just don't expect too much to get from this hotel apart from SPORTS. BTW, forgot to say, super good price for my stay!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : walking distance to shopping mall, and nice massage places

good location on north pattaya road.
unclean bathroom, very old towel,
Good location on main street, easy to find. one 7-11 in front of hotel, so convenient. Quiet at night except our a/c keeps making noice all night long. dirty and bad design bathroom. ABF is ok. I think it's good for people who loves exercise since there are a lot of sport facility. We didnt try any of those, cant comment on that. Towels in room are very old, thin and torn. The hotel should have them replaced.

This is an excellent hotel for sports
The restaurant closed at 9 so no 24 hour room service
I stayed in a standard room which was fine but the electricity kept shorting if you used the aircon. They did not upgrade me despite the inconvenience. So I upgraded my self to a superior. This was a much better room. very comfortable. I would stay again. but I was dissapointed when they tried to charge a joiner fee for a day guest despite having paid and booked for two people. They did back down from this unreasonable charge.
Restaurant Tip : There is a good korean bbq restaurant right next to the hotel

Tiny dirty room. Disgusting toilet/shower. No in-room safe. No complementary internet. No hot water. No towels.
I stayed in a standard room at this hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in Thailand. The room was so small the door couldn't even open all the way because the fridge was blocking it. The bathroom was tiny. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet, the shower head is about two feet from the toilet. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm. There were no towels in the room. The only reason I stayed at the hotel was because of the rock-climbing wall. When I went to climb the desk person said the climbing staff isn't available and I should try next week--of course I won't be in Thailand next week. It's worth noting that all the fitness facilities are in pretty poor condition, nothing like their photos in the fairtex ads. It was almost comical, everything that could be wrong with a hotel was wrong. When I tried to call from my room to book a new hotel, I found I couldn't even call outside the hotel with the room phone. The staff said I would have to go to the front desk if I wanted to call an outside line. This is the only hotel I've stayed at in Thailand that was so unsatisfactory I was forced to cancel my booking early.
Hotel Feature Tip : There are plenty of other gyms in Pattaya, but if you must use the gym at Fairtex, I should note that, they never once checked to see if I had a gym pass. If they see a westerner walking in to the gym they'll just assume your staying at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was poor and when we arrived they asked us to give 1000 Bt guarantee for the mini bar but the mini bar was empty all the days of our accommodation.
We had a very good time in fartex sports club. The room in the main hotel that we have booked was very good and we also enjoy training with the best Thai trainers and athletes of Muay Thai in Thailand. The staff of the hotel was friendly and polite. The hotel location was far away from night life ( 5min with motorbike ) but for us was better, the location, where the bars and clubs are, is very dirty with to much noise.
Shopping Tip : seven eleven near the hotel you can buy almost evrything

-breakfast was decent
-beach is about 15 min away
-staff is friendly and helpful
-lots to do revolving around sports
-standard room is way too basic
-does feel like a dorm room
I went as a couple and I would have to say I was satisfied with my stay there for the price I paid. Anything more I think would have been a waste of money. Standard rooms are very basic. If you plan to stay for more than 4-5 days, I would suggest to go with the Superior room. Lots of activities and sports to keep you from boredom. Lots of close bars and clubs. Beach is only a 15 min walk.

Fairtex has everything you need under one roof gym, pool and spa.I would highly recommend it to both sports people and general public.
The Faired is a fantastic sports complex that caters for every sporting need you would possible want on holiday. The friendly staff will be more than happy to advice you on places to go and things to do with your spare time. The spa is also a great way of relaxing and distressing from them hard workouts out. Overall it is an excellent hotel and complex well worth a visit.

It includes the use of full GYM and sports like tennis, rack ball, badminton, and basketball. Breakfast food is very good! Also, I like that there are not many bars in the area.
Fairtex is very good for the money. It has 2 hotel areas so you can stay in the 3 star area pretty cheap or pay more for the 4 start area, but both area can use most of the sports at no cost except equipment rent. I have stayed at Fairtex 4 times in the cheaper area and like playing tennis and using the GYM. I also think their pool is nice. NOTE that if you are trying to pay the least than your room will be in a 3 star area, which is not a nice as the 4 star area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I love getting my picture taken holding a young tiger at the "Million Years Stone Park & Pattaya Crocodile Farm" which is only about 15 minutes from Pattaya!

Management that sets policy and does not care about personal suffering.
I had to check out of hotel during middle of stay because of death in family. I was told policy is no refunds no matter what was cause of cancellation.

Its a sporty hotel, very well kept, with courteous and cheerful staff, the buffet breakfast is brilliant. I could stay there just for the breakfast.
I cant say I observed any weakness in the hotel.
Our first visit to Thailand and to Pattaya started with checking in at this outstanding Hotel Fairtex. Its a beautiful property for sporty tourists. Location is great, hotel is immaculately maintained, breakfast lavish and staff is courteous and smiling. Gym has best equipment and trained instructor. We truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Do Thai kick boxing, wall climbing and spinning. Also freak out on buffet breakfast its too good.

Very friendly staff, with a staying at home feel. Great sporting facilities, encouraged to try new activities, personal trainers.
No cons, just wanted to stay longer.
Stayed in the sports wing, where you really feel at home, receptionists are friendly. you soon want to dive right in to the tremendous activities that Fairtex have to offer. These are FREE for guests, and this includes an amazing gymnasium with personal trainers on hand to help you, spinning class and other activities where you just turn up for free. The MuayThai (Free) 15 minutes training gives you a taste for this amazing sport, with highly professional trainers to teach you the basics; I thoroughly recommend you give it a try. Every morning, a beautiful buffet breakfast is available from smiling staff. Everything is set up for you. 3 Tennis courts, Badminton, Squash, yoga studio and large gym and tremendous sparing rings and bags. For those who want to get fit, keep fit or train like a champion, these facilities are second to none.
Would I come again ? yes for a month at least to take full advantage of this superb facility.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try the Muay Thai 15 minutes free training on your first day, you won't regret it !!
