Its a sporty hotel, very well kept, with courteous and cheerful staff, the buffet breakfast is brilliant. I could stay there just for the breakfast.
I cant say I observed any weakness in the hotel.
Our first visit to Thailand and to Pattaya started with checking in at this outstanding Hotel Fairtex. Its a beautiful property for sporty tourists. Location is great, hotel is immaculately maintained, breakfast lavish and staff is courteous and smiling. Gym has best equipment and trained instructor. We truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Do Thai kick boxing, wall climbing and spinning. Also freak out on buffet breakfast its too good.

Very friendly staff, with a staying at home feel. Great sporting facilities, encouraged to try new activities, personal trainers.
No cons, just wanted to stay longer.
Stayed in the sports wing, where you really feel at home, receptionists are friendly. you soon want to dive right in to the tremendous activities that Fairtex have to offer. These are FREE for guests, and this includes an amazing gymnasium with personal trainers on hand to help you, spinning class and other activities where you just turn up for free. The MuayThai (Free) 15 minutes training gives you a taste for this amazing sport, with highly professional trainers to teach you the basics; I thoroughly recommend you give it a try. Every morning, a beautiful buffet breakfast is available from smiling staff. Everything is set up for you. 3 Tennis courts, Badminton, Squash, yoga studio and large gym and tremendous sparing rings and bags. For those who want to get fit, keep fit or train like a champion, these facilities are second to none.
Would I come again ? yes for a month at least to take full advantage of this superb facility.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try the Muay Thai 15 minutes free training on your first day, you won't regret it !!

i don't have any good side for this hotel
the room 's very very small size and use very cheap furniture. the bed sheet wasn't clean. i felt some insects bite me all night.
the sport club 's closed at 10 pm that i couldn't use it.
i didn't expect to get very bad room from hotel. i heard from friend that this hotel was complained from many people. if i had known before, i wouldn't reserved it. i reserved for 2 nights, but i left the second night and checked out early morning. i won't recommend anyone stay here.

First and formost the hotel was supurbily designed, the room was comfortable and clean, the lobby was breathtaking, and the restraunt was outstanding!! The food was absolutely awesome. The bathtub was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep, and thankfully the windows in the bathroom had blinds. The only down side was that the internet was slow and hard to connect to, even though it was wired and one of the hours I bought had an invalid password, so that sucked but over all the hotel was great, I wish I had spent more time there.
Shopping Tip : Right out the front door, to your left and down the block is a large shopping center, with lots of fun things.

Good and quiet location. Many sport activities and almost all are free or cheap.
There could have been a better restaurant or maybe a snack bar.
It was our first time in this hotel in Pattaya. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend this hotel for other people. We had Standard Room. It was small, but clean though. The breakfast was good enough. And we loved the pool area. There was sport activities even more than you could wish for. Staff was very polite!

incredible sports facilities, great atmosphere, people choosing this hotel are very nice and pleasant.
none really, only small points like choice of food for breakfast.
The photo of this hotel that I found on agoda website does not do justice to the hotel. The inside territory is really beautiful and green. If you choose deluxe room (standard one is pretty small), you won't be disappointed and for a reasonable price. The distance to the sea does not matter - anyway you are better off taking a bus to the piers and then going to the islands, rather than swimming anywhere in Pattaya. All in all, if we ever come back to Pattaya, Fairtex will be our first choice for sure.

Nice hotel at north Pattaya which near the Bangkok bus terminal. Sports facility is free of charge (but not Thai boxing training session). Service ok, rooms are tidy. But shower facility is bad in standard room.
Shopping Tip : Big C is near the hotel. 5 mins walk.

Good and Confortable, breakfast OK ,price is reasonable
Staff training need to improve such as check in details of customer must be correct avoid misleading.
It is my first time to use agoda to bave my hotel booking,it is easy to use and reliable. Also the security of online booking is very important, as it was paid by visa. After my trip, I will recommend my friends to use agoda and hope it can work much better in future.
Restaurant Tip : ZEN restaurants in the Belive It or not Building of Pattaya

Muay Thai training and food.
The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. Everyone was always willing to help answer questions or help with an questions. The room was clean and homey. The food was excellent for the money and there was plenty of things to choose of the menu. The service when dining was always on point.
Ted and Lynn were very good contacts for training at the Muay Thai facility. They are professional and likable. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area train are just relax.
