Muay thai training is quite expensive, you are better off doing the free training at 6 p.m.
The sports facilities and staff are nice.

The restaurant and the pool are very close to each other. I loved the porkchop - it didn't smell like any other pork or chicken I tried in Thailand.

Not all facilities in the hotel are free. If you use the tennis and badminton court, you have to bring your own rackets and balls. You can rent the rackets in the hotel, but it'll be cheaper if you buy them outside.

The sports facilities are awesome! Huge pool, tennis courts, a climbing wall, a gym and a yoga studio. i did not use it, but the Spa looked very good also.
- Nightlife Tip : 10 baht taxi bus takes you to the nightlife area, and a modest walk takes you to Beach Road
