Lovely Hotel with great rooms and facilities

Happy with our stay, but the living room air condition is not working, the hotel offer us to changing room but my wife said just leave it. The suite was large and nice. The pool was nice you can enjoy the breakfast while swimming. The breakfast is very good, fresh made toast. The Hotel also offer free shuttle down to the Night walking street.

hotel was well maintained, with all the staff enthusiastic about their job. hotel situated in a quiet location with no loud music being heard at night. five minute walk to the bars and less than ten minutes to the beach. only downside was the swimming pool location, with shade covering most of it after 12pm. but apart from that it is a very relaxing hotel.

Really happy with our stay, received a free upgrade to 1 bedroom suite. The suite was lrge and comfortble. The pool was nice but had limited sun. The breakfast included was good. The front desk staff seemed reserved and at times comunicatations in english was difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Nightlife Tip:
Take the free hotel shuttle down to the Night walking street, it's an eye opener.

* Not for the sun worshiper - pool does not attract any real sunshine
* Stated walking distance to the beach of 8 minutes turned out to be at least 20/25 mins - offset somewhat by use of Hotel courier bus service.

A great hotel with smiling staffs

This was my first time booking through Agoda. Was a bit nervous whether things would go smooth. In this hotel, things went absolutely flawless, smooth as silk. They had the room ready and check in was very quick. Had our four year old daughter with us, so the lady in the reception wasn't sure whether her breakfast would be included with us or I had to pay for her separately. But next morning found out that they did not charge for her and it was complimentary. We booked a Junior Suite. The room was big, clean and fitted with all kitchen amenities. The hotel provides free drop off shuttle service to almost all major places in Pattaya. When called for, this service was provided with a smile, not a frown like many places. The breakfast could include a change from time to time. The hotel is situated on the 3rd road of Pattaya. The beach is fifteen-twenty minutes walk from the hotel. At the same time the shuttle service is their to drop off customers. But the most appreciated quality of this hotel was the service of the staffs. They were polite, courteous, eager to help and always with a smile. Very impressed with our stay in this hotel.
