spacious rooms and friendly service this was my first stay with the four seasons place hotel. i found the staff to be extremely hospitable and friendly. the rooms were spacious and well appointed. the hotel was far away from everything, but it worked out well since it was quiet and afforded a good nights sleep. the swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel which prevented sunlight from canvassing the pool area, but it was a beautiful and well maintained pool for relaxing and swimming. i would recommend the hotel to anyone and will most probably stay there again during my next holiday.
Travel tip : use the hotel taxi service for getting around.

The place is so nice, you really enjoy your stay. Clean, Gym, Swimming Pool. Location. Location. Location. I enjoyed my stay at 4 seasons place. The place is new, clean and spacious. I love the studio style. it's a lot better than staying in a one hotel room. I will always stay there from now on. the only disadvantage is the location, but there is always a motorbike close by. The Gym and the swimming pool, sauna give you that nice workout you need during your stay. The price is perfect for that quality place especially during their promotions in the low season.

Found the staff to be very friendly, the room was extremely clean and hugh. the apartment style room was a big hit with my guests. Food service could be upgraded, and the pool is a little small. The Four Season Place Hotel is a great place to stay and relax, with a staff that tends to all your needs. Very quiet and so comfrontable.

The room was extremely spacious and very nice. The rooms were VERY spacious!!! It was like an apartment, very luxurious and elegant. Also, very very clean. The pool was really nice as well. It was honestly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The only thing was it was a little hard to find, but that wasn't a big deal at all.

Very close to the hot spots, shopping areas and nightlife, quiet, clean, great staff the only con is that most taxis in pattaya dont know where it is The four Season Place is a great place to stay.Its nice ,and quiet especially if you like being very close to the attraction and nightlife scene without the loudness This is the place for you. This is a place where you can take your whole family and had a great time. I will be looking forward to staying there again soon!!

Excellent transport facilities,free at any time.
They have a tuck tuck and a van.Will drop you and pick you up promptly on request.

Friendly staff,luxurious surroundings,nice pool Slightly noisey air-con in bedroom.Room cleaning
could be better. If you want to stay at a gem of a place in central Pattaya this is it. Everything is of high standard including the service & the quality of the furniture in the suite we stayed in. The staff were friendly & attentive & nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definately stay here the next time we are in Pattaya & will recommend it to everyone.

Attractive and comfortable. Very large rooms. Ours had refrig, separate freezer, stove, utensils, dinning table for 6-7, 3 televisions, 3 sofas. 3 bathrooms. Room service food was good and not expensive. As previous reviews, the location while actually quite central and distance wise quite close to everything is not ideal. Public transport runs along beach and 2nd road and the hotel is on 3rd. So getting anywhere is fine with free transport anywhere in the city. Getting back is just a bit harder, because even with the little map on the hotel card, the local drivers seem not to easily locate the hotel. I have stayed in Pattaya many times (at least 6 or 7 times in the last 3 years) And have visited hotels in Pattaya of friends and family. I certainly think that if you want a more spacious room this is the place to stay. I originally got a 2 room suite which my travel mate called "over the top austentatious", but then i upgraded to the Grand suite which was even a bit bigger. But more appropriate for 2 friends (rather than a family where there is a master room and a smaller room). The breakfast which people seem un-impressed by was better then I though it would be. Had the usual cook to order omelette and waffles, but every day had pretty much only had various fried rice, congee, hash brown potato, bacon, ham, sausage, 2 juices, and some cold cereal and cold cuts.
For sure would stay there again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Be sure to grab the hotel business card which has the map on the back so you can more easily return to the hotel. Every driver should know how to get to Xyte disco which is close by

Great hotel staff and rooms where great...Big rooms with kitchen. I would stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Pattaya this summer. I recommend everyone to stay there because it was money well spent. The hotel is a little far from Walking Street but the hotel provide its own Toot Toot bus anywhere...I had a great stay. Please enjoy because I did.
Nightlife Tip : The hotel is quiet and will get a good night/ day rest.

Swimming pool was lovely but unfortunately the way positoned could not get any sun. This hotel was excellant we have stayed in Pattaya many times but this was by far the best hotel ever. It was in a great position for walking to the main pubs etc. We had a suite which was out of this world huge great big living area dining area study kitchen all the facilities
The bedroom was superb very comfortable and with a walk in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and excellant. Would stay again no problem

Little bit far from the beach Good value hotel considering the price. Staff is very friendly. Surroundings are very quiet since a little bit far from the center, but a lot of restaurants near the hotel and 7-11 is just in front of the hotel. If you don't mind hotel is alttle far from the beach (walking by 10minutes), I reccommend you to stay this hotel. Negative factors are (1) Same breakfast during 3 days stay, (2) No bath tub in my room.

Clean, quiet, well-appointed rooms, dedicated staff with a boutique hotel mindset. Rooms have lots of fake stucco and Greek statues at pool point to some certain architectural ambition in design, like it or not. But all is well built and well appointed. Large rooms, clean and comfy. Would deserve five stars when other true "five stars" I stayed in did not. You need to know where hotel is and be firm with taxi drivers to get you there and at a reasonable cost. Lock your door manually with your key when you leave (feels a little like one of these old French apartment buildings...) I would wish this hotel to remain the uncrowded, hidden-away gem it is, but by sharing this, I might just help populate it more and allow them to increase their prices. It is off the beaten path (lot of taxi drivers won't know it or confuse it with the other Four Seasons, so bring along the street address to show to them). This makes it a quiet joy, removed from the obnoxious bustle of the beer bars and street merchants. Sits in the middle of a condo development, secure, clean and bright. Large rooms, very well appointed, and a friendly and very caring staff. Best value for money I know in Thailand.
