I booked this hotel over ones closer to the beach and nightlife areas due to the fact that it was a new property that offered a lot of space and new facilities for the money. The hotel is decorated in a Renaissance style with a mixture of expensive fixtures and kitschy style. It took a day to get my bearings, but it then became a simple matter to use the local transportation to move around the town. Free internet was a plus although it was slow. The pool area is nicely done, but it sits right in the middle of the hotel guest traffic. Breakfast selection was limited and could use some improvement. Service levels were very good with a genuine willingness on the part of the staff to be of service. In room entertainment consisted of a 32” LCD TV and a DVD player. It appears that these units may have been originally intended to be sold as condominiums accounting for the high end fixtures. Overall a great experience at a very good rate through Agoda and I would definitely stay there again.
Suite for the price of a room.
High end décor boutique hotel.
Quiet setting.
Free hotel tuktuk service.
Free internet.
Friendly helpful staff.
Distance from the beach.
Limited breakfast buffet.
- Travel tip : Take advantage of the hotel Tuk Tuk. I even used it for transportation to the bus station which is an easy and inexpensive way to commute between Pattaya and Bangkok.

This hotel has many good points, such as excellent beds and bed linen, nice decorations and a generally good ambiance. I have stayed there several times and would stay there again, if the current pricing level is kept.
However it has some serious drawbacks, it is a new hotel, never properly finished by its builder. There appears to be a fire risk in having open stairwells.
The housekeeping finds it hard to make the hotel clean, because of the poor finishing of the building.
The breakfast is terrible and not worth staying for. The management of this is a suprise as the other food is excellent.
The hotel's staff are generally good and efficient, with the exception of the breakfast staff, where they have no idea of what is an acceptable standard.
A hotel with a nice ambiance and basically well laid out. Best part, the room furnishings, with good beds and bed linen. Room service excellent, reception very good.
Poorly built hotel and although new, has never been finished properly. There seems to be a fire risk from open stairways. I was amazed to find that the suites do not have a shower that is usable. Breakfast very poor and restaurant staff don't know their job
- Hotel Feature Tip : Don't choose a suite, no shower.

I liked the Hotel a lot ,The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, the staff were efficient and the facilities were very good, the breakfast if your having it was not that great although they did cook eggs anyway you liked to order.you certainly do not get the impression you were being charged extra for items you arranged through the hotel like transport and extra facilities, overall it was a good experience and i would return again
Very Good Facilities,nice and quiet
A bit away from the centre of town, and the hot breakfast could do with a bit more choice
- Travel tip : if you have never been to the area before get a map, unless you use transport

We were overwhelmed by the room - bedroom, balcony, living/dining room, kitchenette and bathroom - all this for a great price!!! The facilities are pretty good too - pool, dining (although room service is better than the restaurant). The only negative is the distance from downtown - about 30 minutes walk. Getting a taxi can be problematic.

I think that this is a small hotel but very warm feeling. I rest at many hotels in Pattaya. Some hotels are beautiful but very expensive some are not beautiful but expensive. But this hotel is very beautiful with a suitable prices I'm sure that you can't find any hotels which you pay and what you get back like Four Season Places hotel.
The best thing I like for me is a decoration of this hotel. It's very beautiful.
I think the weakness that I can see for this hotel is the location. I mean this hotel isn't located near the sea.
- Hotel Feature Tip : If you stay at this hotel and you bring your laptop along with you you don't have to worry about missing connection because you can call the staff to bring you a router of high speed internet. Then you can enjoy your connection without spend any money for it.

Our stay with the Four Seasons Place Hotel was grand.
The service they gave us was beyond what we expected
The suits were very comfortable and so was the size of the rooms.
I must say this – Four Seasons Places Hotel is all first class
From the given suits to its people running the place – A wonderful Place
Should it be that a visit to Pattaya comes again
This will be my first choice
The suits were very comfortable and so was the size of the rooms.
Breakfast was not its best
Very good hotel

Nice newish place but not really walking distance to beach or most of the nightlife, but what it lacks in those regards it makes up for in the overall ambience of the establishment.
