check in and out takes 15-20 minutes until they checked the minibar etc.
on arrival no badtowels avail. after requested them nothing happens.i found the room maid and she collected from another room the towels.

I chose this hotel as it had a so-called "family suite", as I travelled with my wife and two daughters (one 16 and one 2). It had two separate bedrooms with a sitting room in between. Each bedroom had a balcony, providing a very nice view. We stayed in three different hotels during this trip to Thailand, and this was the only one which had inclusive breakfast and internet. It is close enough to Patayya, but not so close to be subjected to the noise of the "night-time" area. I would definitely stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We took a boat ride to visit Ko Larn island, as we had been to Ko Samed previously. That was a mistake, as it was extremely crowded. Next time we'll drive a little further to go to Ko Samed.

very basic room, much thanks to agoda 50% offer for a 4* hotel. comfortable enough to rest for the night as most of the time we are out exploring. stayed on the 12th floor, the sea view is awesome esp since all rooms comes with a balcony! at night the room gets noisy esp when the wind blows so loudly, dun be alarmed. can travel ard via tuk-tuk or get the staff to call a cab. no metered cab in pattaya, all by bargaining of rates ( do so b4 boarding at half price!). 2 swimming pools, lvl 1 & 5!
Nightlife Tip:
dun bother going to all sorts of freak shows that the cab driver or touters tell ya. not worth your baht at all!

The hotel is very nice. My room is on 9th floor and sea view. Since I reach at hotel, staffs come and take care with smile. Room is nice and full facilities but have some mosquitoes. Hotel is very near to the beach. I can walk and just cross small road. Breakfast is very good, various of food, drinks. I really like it and so full.

The hotel is suite for rest.

This is a very large hotel that caters for large coach groups. However as a lone traveller I still found the staff very helpful and friendly. The coach groups were catered for in a different section of the dining areas so this didn't impact other than the overwelming situation of coach arrivals and departures. Breakfast had an extensive international choice but quality was average - particulary fruit.The views from this hotel are fantastic and it has a good locatioen in Jomtiem - which is close enough to Pattaya to access but allows escape from the frenzy.The views are great. Rooms good but lighting is insufficient for reading in bed or working at the desk.

i am very appreciate this hotel. my room at 28th floor, very high and large view from there. totally very good sea-view of jomtien-pattaya.
Shopping Tip:
The holtel very close to Central Festival Department Store and I like Sud-Tang-Rak resturauge, very good teste and environment especailly in evenning or night time.

Good sea-view and romantic hotel

actually i booked this hotel for one night. after i went to this holtel with my lover. the thing we found that we have to re-book and extend to another one night. the thing that change our mind is the sea-view and jomtien beach. our room at 28th floor from ground. the large size of view from there is very appreciate.
