peaceful, nice pool, good service We arrived the hotel at night so it's very quiet however, the entrance is beautiful in traditional thai style. The layout of the hotel is very good and seclude so we feel like we are the only one on that beach. The pool is nice not too small, not too big. However, we went on the low-season day so there aren't a lot of people in the pool. If in high season, the pool would be too small. I didn't get a chance to have the hotel 's breakfast so I can't review on that. In conclusion, this is a hotel that I consider to stay the next time I go to Pattaya.
Restaurant Tip : restaurant called "moom-aroi" in Banglamung is a place to go for Seafood. Yum!

Peace and quite, Dont think that I can find kind of this hotel in Pattaya Reception at night time doent have service mind!! Reasonable price, hotel is new and quite clean, Deluxe room is very cute, suit for couple, the small pool near the beach is very cozy and romance for couple. however, beverage price is a bit high and tax doesnt show in menu list. Beach staff is very polite but reception need to be approved. Over all is alright with the price. If I have time, I will back there again
Restaurant Tip : Wandde house restaurant in soi Nakrau 16 is extremely delicious!!

- Swimming pool - Promotion price not incld ABF We like the hotel as itlocation away from the city center and not crowded with people and bar. A very warm welcome upon arrival with welcome drink and cold towel help to released the stress from a long driving. We pay a bit add extra for an upgrade and got a very nice corner deluxe sea view with terrace(a very nice deal for quiet weekday)

Quiet.
Wonderful swimming pool.
Resonable price point for a 5 star hotel. Far away from town centre.
Garden Cliff Resort and Spa is a cozy place in Pattaya. If you want a quiet place to stay and relax, it is a good choice for you.
Yet, it is quiet far away from Town Center. We have to take shuttle bus which is only available in 6 time slot a day.

it's a great hotel with friendly stuff. good location, beautiful pool and surroundings, nice view on the temple. access to the beach, nice room set-up. great value for the money. i would come back here again. balcony could be a bit bigger as well as the bath, otherwise it was just perfect!

Staff gave me wrong information about BF. The air conditioner in my room was out of order. Staffs were fixing it when I was still in the room (I think it's not the way to solve problem - if possible they should change the room for me) I think I'll not stay in this hotel next time. As I'll always stay @ 4 - 5 stars hotel and in Agoda website, this hotel holds rating of 5 stars so I choosed it. However, The Zign, Marriot or Sea Sand Sun are so much better!!

- Swimming Pool and Location - Breakfast is not included. The hotel entrance makes you feel as though you are visiting a secluded resort although you are just minutes away from the Pattaya attractions.
The hotel was really awesome it had a wonderful view and the free upgrade was amazing. The room are very nice and clean, spacious bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous and there is a striking view of an old temple from the beach. The main pool is an infinity pool with swim-up bar and it gives the sense that one can swim right off into the ocean. It also has the beach volleyball, fitness center and just 5 minutes walk to the sea and nice view.
Restaurant Tip : Hotel location is far from downtown. It's better to drive a car there

Easy access from Beach Road in Pattaya. Internet access was 260 Baht/hour($740), which is just short of armed robbery.
Breakfast was boring and as our daughter would describe not tasty. Hotel offerings in food and sundry offering shop were virtually non existent.
Thailand is famous for it's poor quality in the construction industry and the rooms, while comfortable, are prime examples of Thai workmanship. Swimming Pools, swimming pools, swimming pools were just a delight for the whole family. My daughter wanted to stay in the pools all day. The deepest pool was 1.4M's, while the rest were perfect depth for lounging or children age 3 up. One is good for toddlers.
Rooms are comfortable. TV's had excellent array of programming in many languages,including great English language movies. Bathroom included nice tub and separate glass enclosed shower. Also, housekeeping was upbeat and courteous.
Easy access to Beach Road made every desire easily accessible. Central mall is not far south of the hotel on Beach Road and had a great offering of well priced meals and a cinemaplex.
All in all we will gladly return to this hotel as long as it remains price competitive.
Shopping Tip : Central Mall is new, modern and exceed malls in the US in design, offering and cleanliness.

I was lucky that get room upgrade to deluxe without any additional cost. This hotel is a mid size hotel but the room is so nice and clean. There are many facilities such as table tennis, pool, swimming pool, fitness. Those facilities are quite new and clean specially fitness which different from other hotel I had been. I booked for 2 rooms. The refrigerator was broken in one room. the other thing is the lower swimming pool which is ่๋jacuzzi didn't operate as per I requested. The hotel staff told me that wasn't a Jacuzzi but I knew what a jacuzzi look like. The place is quiet new and clean. The room is look modern and very clean. I like a open window between bedroom and bath room. The hotel service is a little below five star hotel standard. The hotel facilities is fair. The hotel location is sit on the private beach but sea water in that area, Pattaya, is quiet low quality cann't swim anyway.

The price we paid was value for money considering a 5-star hotel. Bathroom is spacious. Staff's service and friendliness can be improved. We have to call front desk to get our luggages (they didn't show up after we arrived in the room for past 20mins). The service at the restaurant was slow. We found a bunch of ants in the bathroom. Hotel location is far from downtown. It's better to drive a car there. We did not use shuttle service since it leaves only 3 times a day. Room is a compact size but it has spacious bathroom. Service is just average - you have to ask for things that they should know you will. Overall, it's just average.
Hotel Feature Tip : Local delicacy (peanut candy) was given as free gift which was tasty.

Nice place for sweetheart, beautiful hotel,nice pool cleanliness room. Many of bugs around there also in hotel.
Garden Cliff resort&spa is the best place for vacation, beautiful pool and cleanliness room. Just 5 min. walk to the sea. It not far from central beach. A price is worthwhile.
Travel tip : It's not far from cantral beach, big shopping mall and very beautiful.

nice swiming pool for kid very good swiming pool because this hotel have 2 building with the pool in between. This make us have longer time to swim without sunny. Although the breakfast at the hotel quite expensive but I will comeback for sure for my kid's swimming.
Travel tip : Takeaway breakfast or instant noodle for breakfast would be a good idea.

nice place, nice people, calmly quite far and deep from the entering soi It's quite calmly, suitable for spend holiday with family even I stay during long weekend (Song Kran). My Kid likes the swimming pool and there are small and private beach next to the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. I enjoy to spend time at Garden Cliff.
