it was ok but is staring to show wear.....fridge did not work ,hairdryer did not work ,dining area seats not clean .....but not really bad, to far from transport . Good for kids it seemed .

While the service was not bad and the facilities were reasonably well kept, the location of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. You cannot walk to much of anything and the hotel shuttle schedule is limiting. That would be fine if the hotel had a nice beach, but the beach is practically non-existant and not very clean. If you do stay here, be prepared to do a bit more walking, bartering with baht bus drivers, and/or planning your whole day around shuttle reservations.
On the plus side the breakfast is great (although super crowded and loud) and the staff are helpful. There was a booking mix-up when we stayed and the night manager resolved everything for us. The people who make up the room have some very creative towel "sculptures" so it is always fun to come back and see what they left for us.

- hard to find when you get in to soi na klue 16 ... hotel should have bigger signs in soi 16
- sad that i arrived the hotel late at 8.30 pm there is no higher floor .... we have to stay at the lobby floor
- breakfast should have variety foods / choices

We stayed at Deluxe room at Garden Cliff for one night. It was a nice weekend getaway. The room is beautiful and spacious. Nice bathroom and very comfy bed. However,the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. It's not convenient for tourists and nothing happening around the area. If you want to stay in this hotel please make sure you have a car with you.
My recommendation is try it once but nothing really special about it. P.S.Nice swimming pool but the beach front isn't that nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We went to Art in Paradies (3D) in Pattaya and it was a great fun. Entrance fee for Thai is 150 Baht and 500 Baht for foreigner.
