Gino house is a nice clean and cheap place to stay,if what a bit out of the way.easy check in even though it was 11pm.i would stop there again for sure

At first glance it looked like value for money. The room was ok, even though the location wasn't great.
But they don't clean the room or change the bed or towels.
Plus there's no desk or chair in the room. Only the bed. So there's really no place to sit and do stuff on your computer.

Comfortable but hard to find

the hotel was a little hard to find and a bit far from the main road. the room was comfortable and under the budget, but no hotel service. it was a bit loud at night, but i'm not a light a sleeper so it wasn't much of a problem for me. overall it was okay for me.

very good place to stay long term

gino house is hard to find, but once you work out how to get to and from gino its ok allthough the block is quiet there is quite alot of music from disco and restaurants the packs of dogs bark alot but gino house is still a good place to stay long term you will need a safe deposit box soi 13 across from the post office is a good one
one bad point no cuttlery or cups or kettle no chairs
Travel tip:
its a great location if you like to see thai living some bars nearby and plenty of food outlets

this is actually a long term apartment. most people stay for six months and longer. i had a large room with aircon and many cable programs. the employees are very friendly and accomodating. unfortunately the hotel is far away from the action. you either need to walk for 30 minutes each way as i did or rent a bike. in the neighborhood there are only noodlesoup stands and a 7 eleven.
western breakfast is also difficult to find in the area.
i can recommend the hotel for people who have their own transport

ちょっと都心から離れていましたが、新しい良いホテルでした
新しくて奇麗でした。セキュリティーもしっかりしていそうでした。

パタヤの中心部から少し離れていて、夜はちょっと周りを歩く際野良犬（？）が沢山いて、ちょっと怖かったですが、ホテルは新しくてとても奇麗でした。
スタッフがもう少し英語が喋れたら。。。とも思いましたが、とても頑張っている様子で、フレンドリーでした。
