Price and location but nothing else Smelly Lifts and Hotel Lobby,
Ants and Bugs in the room, drawers, cafe.

The Hotel is undoubtedly cheap. The rooms ar just OK but if its just a couple staying. If you need an extra bed there is hardly any place left to move around.
The washrooms are very small with the wash basin just besides the commode.
One must carry tooth brushes, tooth paste and body lotion as these basics are not provided unlike any ordinary hotel.
The Breakfast menu needs special attention. I dont understand who gave the idea of having INDIAN HOT TEA served instead of normal tea.
Restaurant Tip : Try Vegetarian Paradise and Madras Darbar for Food/Breakfast. These are right outside teh hotel and have better options.

Location. Value for money. Good service and rooms. Needs to add interantional TV channels. Needs to add other than indian preferred breakfast menu. Excellent central location providing easy access to all parts of Pattaya. The Central Mall is right in front of the Hotal and provides almost any entretainment possibly required by tourists. Its just 5 minutes walk to the beach from the hotel. taxi's are conveniently parked at the hotel entrance for easy transportation to any mall, tourist spots etc.
