If I was to stay in Pattaya again I would book this hotel. All balconies looked out over the pool with palm trees. In fact I think it was more beautiful than the brochure showed.

My overall experience is positive. Hotel is good for families with little children because of noise free environment and appropriate pool area. Staff is very friendly. Probably will stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : Nice little German restaurant "Block House".
Just go up Naklua Road (about 200 meters) and look to your left.

This hotel is fantastic! Rooms are spacious with private balcony. Pool close to all rooms and lots of space with a pool bar as well.
Restaurant located at the hotel is fantastic with beautiful food and good value for money.
Staff are very helpful and friendly, very nice and clean hotel. Located in a nice quiet street but still very close to the heart of Pattaya. Very easy to get around. Will definitely be staying here again on next trip.

not close to the walking street but once you walk up to the main street, there are many bars, massage shops and so on
Nightlife Tip : Not close to 'walking street' but once you get out to the main road, there's a lot to for the night life

With improved management this could be a really nice hotel. Seems a shame that something that can be is not being fixed.
Travel tip : Really cheap laundry places just 5 mins walk on the main road. Also close by is a good grocery store and dozens of reasonably priced restaurants.

There is a bowling alley close by that is a fun activity. Also the Big C shopping centre is within walking distance, and has a good eating area outside with live music each night. A pleasant place to spend some time. Lots of other activity in the area, for those looking for company, and only a short bus ride to Walking Street and the main bar scene. If you are looking for local shopping markets though, there did not seem to be a good selection near by.
