Entertainment without leaving the hotel, close to the beach bathroom cleanliness, signing your life away for a towel Overall an enjoyable stay. They accomodated us quite well since we were very last minute. This was our first stay at a Hard Rock Hotel and my boys (9 and 12), really enjoyed themselves. The pool was fun and well watched. I was a little disappointed with the bathrooms, the grout was not clean and the shower was difficult for my mother to get in and out of. We were also unclear about the internet charges, I mistakenly assumed that if I bought 24 hours that would also include the TV internet which it did not. Loved the staff helpfulness, with the exception of taking my breakfast plates away before I was finished.
Restaurant Tip : F & B International resaurant across the street was wonderful. Food was great and staff was very friendly.

It's a nice place to bring your family here, my little girl enjoy the pools so much, my nephew and niece enjoy the activities which was provided by the hotel. And for Saturday night, it's a foam party for the parents - which was fun too! :) Room service also very good as when we order some pizza/sandwich and so on, they came pretty fast regardless the peak period of new year. Nice view to the sea! it's a breeze! Location a bit far from the center. Hotel is already old even though they do renovations still it's an old building! Bathroom arrangement not so convenient for old people as they built a kind of permanent bathtub which is having higher side wall than a normal bathtub. And the tile a bit slippery there. So watch out! Room cleaning service a bit slow, maybe due to full house as it's new year period? I might come back again if I go to Pattaya with my family so they can enjoy the hotel's facilities. Also location wise, even though it's far but it's pretty OK if you want to ensure your little one not exposed to the "wild life" out there in Pattaya - I believe you know what I meant here! I might not come back there if I travel solo as it's not really worth the money as I probably stay outside more than enjoying the hotel, and again.. it's a bit far. Oya, breakfast is standard American Breakfast. Then when you traveling and need to ask direction to your hotel, it's very easy as almost everyone knows HARD ROCK HOTEL... :D
Hotel Feature Tip : If your kids love swimming.. then let them enjoy the pool! It has a pool with sands bed also! If they love the beach, just cross the road, and there you are! :D
