Great hotel to stay while your in Pattaya, location is abit at the end of the strip, but still in walking distance. you can ride the tuktuk to the walking street for 10baht. nice swimming pool, breakfast was nice mix Thai and american.

we stayed at hard rock hotel during 8 days, really nice hotel!
we just need to cross the street and you can find the beach (but not hard rock private beach). unfortunatly the beach is very dirty.. also, next to you the motors boats non-stop come and leave. so even to swim.. its a bit dangerous and dirty.
the swimming pool at hotel is really big and nice! the personnel are good and polite. but the restaurant - bar are kind of expensive... just go out of hotel, turn right, and 200m later you will find delicious thai - italian resto for cheaper price than hardrock.
if u turn left, be ready to find many many bars, clubs.. looks weird - dirty - old man ! dont take children with you around this part.
concerning the room, its was ok, nice, but they dont give you new `bath shoes` but older and big big size (46) so difficult to use it for women. musique good. they welcomes u nicely. but at the end, if you said somethings that you dont like, or didnt appreciate about their hotel, or thailand, they becomes very aggressif with you. for ex : my departure, i asked to somes staffs in front desk (who i knew before and was nice to me), if he can help me with my new thai sim card. he said yes of course, i know. i asked him : are u sure u know how to do it with the sim card for iphone? he replied: yes i know, then he cuts it. i put on my iphone et the sim card cant be read... so i looked at him and just say it doesnt work, what to do? he looked at me very badly and said loughly : what can i do??
so i left and say thank you.( i was already late for my bus)
so be careful with them, they dont like foreigners, they just keep the face. also, everythings is made for russian and japonese clients.. not for others : it means happy hours : vodka or softs drink.. not wine or gin or any other alcohol... games : also u can get beer or vodka.. so a little disappointed for us.. feel excluded!

Two kids enjoyed their bed and many offered in the room. Swimming pool is ok but activities and safety during in the pool is appreciated. Breakfast is excellent with many selections. We promise to come back.

I like my room, it's quite modern with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is quite big, and there's a lot of area which my son like it very much, like the sandy pool. It's a hotel where children can have a lots of fun, but I felt rather dissappointed when I had to pay for my son to play at the kid's room.
