Hotel is close to beach and has nice swimming pool. Easy access to bus. Food a bit overpriced as expected. Rooms are okay but aging a bit.

Good stay overall with friendly staffs especially your pool staff, bellboy Simon and restaurant manager Adam. Very helpful with big smile. My kids have wonderful time at the pool. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job at meeting our request except for last day where the towels were not replaced after cleaning and cost a minor issue during during our check out. But overall experience very satisfied.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
don't go to Tiffany Show is not worth a penny. You want to see ladyboy just hang around west street. Tiffany show is expensive and only music and dance, boring.

the hotel has very friendly staff. It's located at the Phataya beach road. They have very strict security, whereby only guest with hotel room card will be allowed to enter the hotel area. the room is well decorated. You can enjoy Thai massage at a reasonable price. so far, it's my best stay ever in Phattaya... and I would definitely visit here again.

This hotel was a new experience which was a real theme place.The staff so impressed me with good english by all staf f right down to the room boy and the bellhop.My biggest disappointment was on arrival at 11:30 with the room not ready so told to wait 20 minutes which was fair enough.After an hour and a half and being told 20,10,10 minutes each time i asked i was angry.The check out time is 12 check in 2 so people should be aware it is not the place to arrive early.My anger was not at being early but being constantly told the wrong time made me feel stupid sitting arround.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
do not arrive early also in house shops GROSSLY overpriced

I have stayed at the Hard Rock Pattaya four times now and have enjoyed my stay every time. The resort style pool and close location to the beach are the selling points for me.The rooms are comfortable but the step into the bathroom is a bit treacherous in the dark or after a night out.

Very nice rooms but somehow noisy Saturday night. Lot's of parties are going on here.
The staff is very friendly and service minded. Definately a great place to stay, if you want to stay downtown!
