Good place for families or to relax within the hotel, but the service is not so personal, way too big and I lost my shoes left at the pool didnt even get a sorry word about it.

The location of the hotel is great, right facing the beach. The staff were friendly & the hotel rate was reasonable. We had a great lunch in the Hard Rock Café attached to the Hard Rock Hotel.
The hotel room design was unique with ‘Y’ shape, however its too small. WiFi service was not provided free.

The hotel is facing the beach.

amazing hotel, everything in the hotel is brilliant, nice attitude, perfect location.
you absolutely can spend few days in there, but everything come with a right price,
so for younger traveler, why waste time and money in hotel in pattaya.
Hotel Feature Tip:

Too many faults
Toilet not flushing properly in both rooms
Asked for a king bed...
Stated only room has two queen beds and when I arrived in room bed was a double ... I told them the bed is a double and they said no it's queen... I know what a queen size bed is as I have one in my home and move beds for a living ... The staff would not agree .. WHAT A JOKE! And insisted they are queen.
I went to toilet and would flush ..also sink water woulld fill up when tap on and took about 5 minutes to drain
And after shower tap would drip for about 1 hour...
the room was very noisy.. Could here next door and people in th pool and traffic all night from my 8 floor room
Breakfast is ok though many cater for Korean tour packages...
Staff desk not even greet you as you pass by with around 2-7 staff at reception at one time just head down or talking to fellow staff
I checked out and staff did not even ask how my stay was or even show me to my room
Balcony door also doesn't close in any room either... Poor quality rooms
Also stated each room has a theme ( music)
Both rooms had a small pillow with one saying Punk and the other staying Rock and roll that's it!
Also cleaner on level 8 I could hear talking very loud all day .. Literally screaming across the corridor to the other cleaners ... Talking so loud

Only go if your Korean

I stay for 1 night.. the hotel was nice..
Not much to see since i arrived late.. Breakfast is great..
Location is just across the beach.. Near to alcazar show, restaurant, fruit market and Thai massage..
Overall, It's great..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I watch alcazar show... Interesting and fun show... And don't forget to try Thai Massage.. very good...

Sea view room had was a side view and not worth the addional cost. Saturday nights are noisey from pool activities.
