Great Hotel, nice Ambience, nice,big rooms!
they have I pod docks in the rrom as well as hook-ups for ur phone etc...charger,well equipped!

it was great relac´xing at the pool and its just in the middle of everything, so you can enjoy the whole shopping street at night , and only 20 min to the walking street!!!!!

Pool is vey nice. My kids love it very much especially the sliders. A kid foam party is available at 5 pm. every Saturday. Adult foam party starts at 9pm. But they charge you about 200baht. I think it should better if guest hotel could have waved it. Overall is nice.

ok hotel, we just didnt like Pattaya in general. hotel was central but central pattaya can be very dangerous. hotel service was a bit disappointing and slow but hotel offers various activities, foam party. It was lively, nice breakfast and comfortable rooms.

the hotel is located just next to the beach that is good for tourist who like to enjoy water sports/activities. for those who like to shop, the central festival shopping mall is within 10 mins walk from the hotel where you can find different kinds of shops and dinning places inside.
the hotel staff is very friendly. knowing that we are first time in pattaya, they take the initiative to introduce to us the different sightseeing spots in pattaya. the most important thing is they never push you to join any local tour / activities via the hotel.

I loved the hotel

i loved the young and fun atmosphere and the swimming pool in the hotel.
however, on the first day, i arrived a bit early around 12 p.m. so the front staff said check-in is possible after 2 p.m. so i went for lunch and came back at 2 p.m. but still room wasn't ready so had to wait for 40 minutes doing nothing.
they said they were preparing a nice room for us but when i went into the room, that is the exctly same type room so i didn't understand what nice room meant.
seems like front desk people are hectic because of too many customers but with that scale of the hotel, i think they should prepare all much better.
also a few staffs in tour & front desk and swimming bar weren't very kind. evevn so, i want to stay here again.

This is a nice hotel with very good rooms & view & poool.....
but the room service is not upto mark, we were missing basic amenities in the room...& the breakfast counter lady was somewhat rude.
Other than that its is a pretty good hotel worth living in at any time.
