I'm Thai in the bathroom should have water spray like a many places they have save your toilette paper and we're clean i belive cumtomer like it too. At the bar you should have foam party thurs. fri.and sat .My daughter kind of disappoint.lol

It was a welcome return to the Hard Rock Hotel.
From the time of check in to departure the feeling is great.
You can always get a sun lounge around the pool at any time of the day... the pool side staff are great with friendly service.

our first stay here.
loved the hotel rooms, and the kings club was brilliant...free soft drinks and snacks all day in a very quiet relaxing lounge area.
the pool was beautiful and well maintained. (they are currently improving part of it also but this wasnt inconvenient.)
loved the sand area near the shallow pool, very relaxing
breakfast in the kings club was wonderful....get to choose from a menu and its cooked for you fresh (not a buffet wish they do have downstairs if you prefer.)
i dont particularly like pattaya, so this hotel was perfect as we didnt have to leave...it has everything you could need
the restaurant in the evening is an all you can eat buffet...quite pricey at 880 baht each, but not bad if you are drinking wine or beer as it is also included in the all you can eat.

great location (quieter end, not near the walking street)
great bars also inside the hard rock with live music
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the boat to the the island not far from pattaya beach as the beach is much nicer...there are many ppl selling tours for this, can get a cheap boat that is like a ferry but it only leaves at certain times of the day. Otherwise you can hire a private speedboat (plenty of them) and the guy will wait for you and take you back....haggle the price...1500 baht we got it for but they will try to charge you a lot more.

Love the pool and the staff are excellent.

Ive been to this hotel numerous times now, and it improves on every stay.
The kings club and kids suite are well worth the money...especially seen as i dont like pattaya itself. I dont have to leave the hotel during my stay (we go for long weekends) as it has everything we could want.
The staff are very attentive and the pool area is wonderful.....especially the "beach/pool" area they have...my son loved it.
The rooms are big and comfy. The food is excellent....especially the philli cheese steak burger

Good location, on the total other end to walking street where all the bars and clubs are, but still on the main strip so can walk out if you did want to.
Very relaxing spa......although i do prefer to save my money and go to one of the numerous massage places outside for a fraction of the price
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book one of the big family lounges outside near the beach/pool inside the hotel,
You get it all day....great place to sit and chill out of the sun and you get 6 free drinks.

My kids, 5 and 2 years old, could enjoy a foam party for kids.
They loved it more than I expected.
They also enjoyed swimming pools, but unfortunately they did not have enough time to go kids play room.
We had a buffet dinner. The restaurant was also good, but I cannot say more than "good" honestly considering the balance of price and taste.
One thing I could not be satisfied was a room. I stayed King Club type room , but there was no bath tub, only a shower booth. And the size of the room was a sort of compact.
Even thought they have good facilities and events for kids and families, rooms do not look like good enough for family usage in those points.

- Good location as it is not far a way from Pattaya city

- Should have tube as I would like to drop body in warm water but there is not
- Less water as qouta is only 2 small bottles which is not enough for quest for 1 night per person
Breakfast:
- Thai food test is average. It should be more delicious

Foam party is recommended....

my room is on the 5th floor, firstly when i walked in i felt the hotel is a bit old but good maintenance. interior design is so so, reception area is very busy. i smell smoke all the time in my room and felt not fresh. i like foam party and activity at swimming pool and also the size of the pool which quite big and not too deep.
