Amazing staff great service couldnt fault it

Well what can i say great sevice great staff. The buffet breakfast was a highlight each morning and I highly recommend you take advantage of this. Also the foam party was great fun for all and not be missed. Have to say the best part of the hotel though is the pool and i spent most of my time here i think once you have been you will realize why.

this was the second time that we stayed in the hardrock. we have encounted good experiences for both stay. we were greeted with friendly staff from the hotel. luaggages were sent to our rooms with no delay. staff by the pool were very nice, polite and helpful. wide variaties of food choice for breakfast, and delicious food served in the hardrock cafe. love the ambience in the hotel.

Spacious room with nice interior. The pool has slider for kids while parents can rest in the bamboo indoor seats close by the pool. Very good for family as well as music lover kind of people

Really nice place, the staffs were truely friendly and at high level of service minds.
The pools are so nice, also the room decoration.
We took the dinner buffet and it's worth the cost. We enjoyed seafood and international buffet.
From the hotel, it's the short walk to airport and Central shopping mall which is very convenience
Hotel Feature Tip:
recommend to take the time at hotel pools then ending your day with the seafood buffet, try to aviod saturday night cuz it's price will be higher than the rest of the week

Right in the middle of Pattaya's Jomtien Beach district. A short few beach blocks to the famous walking St.
This Hotel is Central but very quiet & relaxing.
It has the best ammenties for a Hotel anywhere in the world.
The activities for the kids are non stop and amazing.
The prices are very reasonable & the service from the staff is 6 star with a smile.
Check out the Saturday Seafood Buffet & Foam Party.
We Love the place & stay every year without fail.
In Fact - "My kids insist on it"

Great hotel with great facilities

hard rock was a good choice for our family. walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops. pool area at the hotel was brilliant with activities for both adults and kids each day. kids suite was fine. only learning point was that our oldest son (who is 10) was almost too big for the bed so if we went back we would select a different room. staff were really nice,as we have generally found in thailand. would definaltely go to pattaya again and would definately consider staying at the hard rock again.

Designing is very rock music centric nad interesting, great location and then there is this created beach beside the swimming pool

It was a wonderful stay in a dreamlike hotel. Though we wish we had more time to spend at the hotel, instead of travelling around the town. I strongly recommend keeping one extra day just to enjoy the facilities the hotel has to offer.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must try the water sports nearby. Also, must make a night visit to the very nearby Walking Street.

The hotel with a nice location yet a bit old

Hard rock is located in a convenient location. It is very easy to find something to eat both during the day and night. The best thing is about the swimming pool where my boyfriend and i could swim at the late night with a security guard staying around. The area around the hotel is lively and busy which is more suitable for those who love a nightlife. However, the room is too small and old.

If you are looking for a peaceful atmosphere, Hard Rock may not be a good choice for you.
