This is my second time stayed in Hard Rock Hotel beside Hard Rock Hotel in Penang, Malaysia. Most of the hotel design is almost the same. I like swimming pool so much especially the bar pool. Nice hotel and good service

this is my second time to stay in hard rock hotel beside hard rock in penang, malaysia. i found out that this two hard rock hotel design is almost the same and is beautiful. i like the swimming pool especially the bar pool that i can have a drink at the pool bar side and i really enjoyed it so much. the hotel food also is nice.

i could not fault tyhe hard rock hotel, the staff, facilities meals are all of an excellent standard. we booked for 3 days & spent 10 days we were so impressed. the children were cared & catered for which made it a great holiday for all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jump on a taxi & jump off when you are where you want to be - Then pay the driver 10 baht per person. If you ask they will charge 200 baht no matter where you go.
Great dental work can be sourced for a fraction of Australian prices , great quality work.

my stay was so awesome they prepared a happy birthday cake ..and made it very easy with my changes of making a wrong date by 1 day by honor my rsvp breakfast is the best buffet in pattaya well severed and staff is great

Facilities for the young children - they simply love the tropical pool! And it's quite children-friendly since it's shallow and sandy.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and can converse in English. Once step out of the hotel, and across the road, it's the beach.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Remember to bring swimming gear, especially if you have little children. They'll beg you to bring them to the pool once they see it.

the staff upgrade the seaview room for us, it is free.
Wow..when we walk inside the room, nice view from the big window.
The bed is big, clean, and comfortable. The room space is enough for 3-4 people...
My fd and i are very enjoy to stay in this Hard Rock Hotel.

i've very immpressed with hard rock hotel (hrh) pattaya room & atmosphere, very nice beach view seeing from the room. the only weaknees one is water flow to the drainage of the wash basin and bathroom is not smooth, make not comfortable in washing hand and if i t ake a shower.
the staff is very friendly and helpfull,but the internet speed is a bit slow when i down loading the document from my letter.
keep consistent and improve with your service hrh pattaya....!
