We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my nephews 20th birthday. We love the theme of Hard Rock Hotel,as its young and cool. Staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay,rooms are nice and big,with very comfortable bed and pillows.However our room was facing the entrance of the hotel and was extremely noisy,making impossible to enjoy the benefit of a balcony. We requested an ironing board to be send to our room,and was disgusted with the stains on the ironing board,maybe did not expect such a thing from a Hard Rock Hotel. Breakfast was great,loads of varieties, the swimming pool is very nice,full of activities to entertain families. Location is fantastic as well,just have to cross the road,and there is the beach,as well as walking distance to all the shopping centres.

in front of the hotel is beach road street and just 10minutes walk to walking street or 5 minutes by tuk tuk cost 10 baht.
many souvenir shop here is easy for your shopping habit all day and nights. evening is ready interested by paradise of bar of all kinds.
Nightlife Tip:
Go shopping or bar or sexy show is also good and available

Good hotel with great facilities
Good staff who were friendly and spoke excellent English

Positive experience. Friendly staff. Good facilities for adults and children. High chairs in abundunce. Play areas. Children's pool with sand bottom and three slides. Activities by the pool throughout the day. Great cabanas for hire with free drinks.

It is directly at the beach road, but also has a great large pool - so you can actually go swimming on your pattaya trip. The service and overall performance is fantastic, you know what you pay for here. Rooms might be bigger, but have a very nice design and everything you might need

Enjoy the pool and look for their pool parties, they are kind of famous in pattaya
