this hotel is very good and the location is very nice just 10 min walk to the mon beach road i realy enjoy in hard rock this is defferent from others hotels and the breekfast is too good
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
coral island very intresting place take a from any travel agent arount 500 to 600 baht with the lunch

Great Hotel, friendly staff
Good location, lovely pool with lots of seating, good gym, good food and friendly staff

The Hard Rock hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the Central Festival complex. The food is good and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and have good activities for all. The hotel is currently under renovation, but this was managed well with only a couple of hours a day for construction which wasn't an interruption.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Central Festival which has many shops, dining facilities, movie theatres and other activities.

the hotel has a special cake for my 7 years anniversary. we like a big swimming pool, had a great dinner at starz diner and so fun at party foam.
Restaurant Tip:
Must dinner at Starz Diner, inexpensive and very delicious.

Fun concept but slow service

The hotel as you know it was built around the " ROCK" music concept which was the reason we chose it. because our 16 yrs ok'd son loves music and he is a drummer. It was up to what we expected, our son loved it and all of our group did as well. The service was slow when you checked it but because they were nearly full house so it was struggling when they tried to get us a room, nearly 30 mins. The room was small in size comparing to the rate but comfortably stayed for only a night.
Nightlife Tip:
They usually host the foam party at the pool on the weekend night from 9pm - 1 am. Which could bother your rock starry sleeping.

Hard Rock Hotel

I had been to the Hard Rock in 2008 and was really impressed with rooms. Went back there this year and was totally disappointed. The rooms are all old now. Half the hotel is being renovated and was pretty noisy at night. The only pros would be the location and quick access to the walking street and the breakfast is quite nice. Other than that I would not stay there again.

Not A Lovely hotel and not polite staff

Location is far from the walking street, staff were not polite at all and they seems wokring to fight with the visitors. Hugue constractions in the hotel and you can not sleep so noisy from 6 AM until 1 PM. Bathroom too old and over used, bed not comfortable. Waste of money.
Nightlife Tip:
Pataya is a night life city, but its not worth to stay more than 2 nights. i believe you can spend ur time at phuket, bangkok etc
