Good location directly at the beach, nice
swimming pool, the lobby has a small exhibition
about the old Rockstars. Rooms are functional
with acceptable size and a balcony. Internet fee for in room use is reasonable. The hotel restaurants and bars are absolutely
overpriced. The music is sometimes a little loud
from the pool. It was my first stay there. It's good so far and
I will stay there again. I'm coming to Thailand
over 20 years, I seldom saw such high prices in
the restaurants. But there are many good
restaurants around for reasonable prices. Book
rooms only at Agoda. The walk-in rate is very high.

Main thing at this place is their staff. All were so nice and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Great location close to the beach and easy to catch transportation to anywhere else we needed to go. Prices are a little steep on everything. But guess that come with staying at a place with a 4 star rating. The rooms are very nice and pretty large for Thai standards. All things in the room functioned, which is also not the par for most hotels in that area. Only issue that was not so great was dealing with having enough water in the room for coffee or just drinking. Its not such a pleasant walk from the 7-11 hauling water everyday. The water sold in the hotel is too expensive to purchase as everything else they have available.

Unprofessional all the way and charching top price for any extra 600 bath for internet asking me about ten times to send the agoda voucher by email even after I did it ...... Unfriendly welcome asking and insisiting for the agoda voucher wich I sent by email right away but they kept sending me message for the voucher everyday.
Went to the cafe and order some fajitas steack and chiken the fajitas came without guacamole so I did ask for it and it tooks them 10 mınutes to find out that they runed out of it so no point then propose me to order something else which I did not because my familly was already half way their meal. And they kept charging me for it even ıf I dıd not eat them .....
Poor breakfast choice charged 550 bath
Very loud and bad animation around the pool.
so bad attıtude from the staff asking me to take it easy after I got upset when they kept asking me for the voucher after check out which was sent three days earlier
Go to the Amari nova suite or the DusitD Barracuda

huge pool, we spent most of our time there if u want to have quiet relax time by the pool, hard rock probably not the choice as they play music loud there all the time We went there just for a long weekend, so we spent most of our day time in the pool, we arrived on sat and there were so games and function in/ by the poolside, it was fun, but couldn't relax much. We've got a beautiful room facing to the sea, beautiful sunset scene, bathroom was a bit small but really love the bathtub.
Hotel Feature Tip : better stay higher floor if possible, as music loud on till late at night

Swimming Pool, Foam Party on saturday night, The room design. entrance to the hotel from the front side (sea side) and the back side (pattaya 2 road) The toilet is so small and the door can't be lock. Internet not free of charge. I had a very nice stay there for 3 days 2 nights.Had a welcome drink when i made check in. it was very warm greeting. You can spent your day in the hotel for the swimming pool and there is many activities for them like a volleyball, table tennis, batketball in the swimming pool and for the night time they will teach ur children dance for make a show. i had played the form party it was very enjoying. The room is so nice and clean. nice view. there is convenient to go to the shopping mall (Central Festival Pattaya). The staff is very helpful and good service. Valuable money to stay here.

Close to the beach, large swimming pool, friendly service room is not clean as i expected Hard Rock is really rock! The design is fancy and modern. There are lot of painting and decoration at the lobby. The hotel is super convenient to the beach, it takes only one minute to get there. There is a large swimming pool. the service is friendly and helpful.

room style ok ,bartender friendly Gym ok. check personnel not at all helpful and argumentative .Could not get hot water in shower had to be fixed. Wine only available ice cold no room temperature. Room for improvement and CRM training required.

Everything is 5 star in the hotel.
It's a lovely experience to live in this hotel.
Highly recommended!! Too many taxi drivers and sales men stand in front of the hotel entrances all the time.
Some people bring monkey and snake to the hotel entrance and ask tourists to take pics with their pets for money. Not a good experience to see the big snake in front of the hotel entrance everytime when I walk out.

The staff! The pool! The location! By far, this hotel had the best staff I've come across in a long time. The ambiance surprised me too as I really wasn't looking forward to staying in this hotel, but a friend had recommended it. The location is ideal as it's in the middle of everything in Pattaya. The hotel sits right across the street from the beach, but it's much nicer to hang out by the Hard Rock pool - famous for its Foam Parties. The food was good but expensive, and I suggest finding laundry service elsewhere.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Within walking distance to Walking Street. Check out the lady-boy show @ the Alcazar!

Rock theme is quite special. TV inside with Chinese channel made me surprised and enjoyed. Staff are all very nice. Hotel is tidy and clean. Bath room is not as great as I imagine before but still tidy. Also, a fruit punch is provided to us when checking-in is quite a warm thing when first arrived Pattaya.

Situated in the center of Pattaya, this hotel is easy to access many places. Newly opened (23/01/09) Central shopping mall is around 10 mins walk. Design of the hotel is excellent, but space is a little small for the value. Foam party at pool on every Saturday is really fun! Lousy breakfast. Internet on TV is available, but speed is too slow and too expensive. At the moment one of 2 Hard Rock hotel in Asia(Some more will open in 2009). Worthy to stay for good experience.

Many activities for the children We had a great family holiday at the hard Rock Hotel. Although we ventured into Pattaya a few times we mainly spent our time at the hotel as there were sufficinet activities to keep us busy when we needed. The pool is large with a great pool-side bar so some of us were very happy. The staff had customer service as a priority and we lacked for nothing.
Restaurant Tip : The Hotel restaurants are fime but Pattaya has lots of choice.
