This hotel is just great, especially the King's Club floor with the King's Club lounge.
Very kind staff and excellent service.

Pattaya is not very pleasant but when you stay at Hard Rock it's holidays in an oasis. I would like to come again.

The guests are called stars. Well that was how the staff at the Hard Rock treat their guests, just like stars. In October / November the hotel hold sports day competitions from all the staff. We were lucky enough to be invite by a staff member to go along and watch. It was very entertaining. We were asked to be judges. I think that when the hotel hold these events in the future they should let the guests go along and watch.

The bathtubs are quite deep, so Japanese people would really love it.
