This hotel is on the best location in Pattaya. Situated on top of the shopping mall and just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The view from my king bed room overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The room decoration impressed me with simplicity yet elegance design. Hotel amenities were great. Service, however, was too slow. It took me around 20 minutes at check-in with confused (but still polite) staffs. Internet was not included which was quite a disappointment considering expensive room rate. Parking was a bit funny to me as i have to drive in and use the same parking building as the mall but with dedicated area for the hotel, it's acceptable.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is right above the mall!

It was very nice to stay in Hilton - You can feel that the staff has been trained for their task - and they are very kind to you everywhere. Breakfast is very good and room and bed are nice too. It is quite expensive but worth that money.
