The hotel is well located, near car park close to Shopping Center. The Reception Staffs are international and quick service. The Trainer in Gym was friendly. The room and bathroom was nice. The bed was cosy. The light for reading was fine. Breakfast was good, lots of food and drink. Just only we had to wait, because lots of people. Staffs are nice.

Very easy check in by just showing the agoda voucher on my ipad. Hilton recognised me in their HHONOURS system immediately. We got a room eventhough we arrived early. Staffs were very friendly and polite. I could not work the espresso machine in the room at 5.30am and the front desk sent someone to assist in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast had a nice international variety and fresh fruit juices. The hotel is located in the same building as Central Pattaya, directly above it. This makes my family with a 3 months infant had a very convenient stay. The hotel's efores spa was excellent.
