Great Location and friendly staffs

Check in process was very slow and not really professional - waited for more than an hour.
The hotel amenities are lack for 5 star hotel - no comb, no razor.
Pool staffs are lazy - especially captin of the pool - requested for cotton bud but told us to get it from the toilet.
Buit Gym staffs were very friendly and caring.

There are three different sets of lift - confusing.

Hotel made the trip

This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff was really kind and helped us with everything we needed. There is a beautiful romantic bar on the 34th floor called Executive and the Drift Bar next to the lobby is great for relaxing at while waiting to check-in (if you get in early). The price of drinks range, but for a cocktail it's under 300 baht. The location is good and you can get around pretty easily. There is also a mall connected to the hotel at the bottom floor.
It was a little noisy at night because of the Chinese New Year festivities, or Pattaya is just loud at night. Another negative is that you have to pay for wifi in your room. We didn't get to try the room service, but it looked very affordable on menu. The breakfast was just average. So if you can find an alternative, skip the breakfast. All in all, I was worried about choosing Pattaya as my destination in Thailand, but my wife and I loved our trip because of this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
They offer a package at the front desk . It goes from 8:30 (pickup at hotel) - 3:00pm (drop off at hotel). It was pretty good because they take you on three activities at another island. (seawalking, para-gliding,

good location for tourist but too busy for couple or family. the hotel lobby looks quite nice with clean color scheme and good view of pattaya beach. however, the swimming pool is quite small and crowded. the room is in good size with nice view. there is no security box in the room!!! overall we love the design eventhough some details are not practical.

always love staying in hilton in pattaya. the modern and stylish decor definitely stands out and makes it the hippest hotel in that city. service is superb and so are the restaurants. definitely an ideal hotel for shopping and for first timers in pattaya. hotel is located in a mall but quiet and private at the same time. will keep coming back for sure.
