At a very convenient location.
Simple, decent and comfy decoration. Though not very spacious, it's not small at all.
All the staffs are very helpful and polite, with smile all the time.
I lived on the 8th floor, enough to enjoy the sea view from the lovely balcony of the room.
Enjoyed the infinity pool soooooo much! Ultra-relaxing! Happy hour 3-5pm everyday you get buy-1-get-1-free on some drinks too.
Visited the spa twice. Served like a king. Worth a try.
Not pricey at all at this standard.
Would definitely stay here again.

Recommended to all family with children. Got family room and the kids pool/kids club.

I love this hotel which is located in good location and great food and always has good promotion on their restaurant and bar. The breakfast is one of the best breakfast i had .But Wifi is very expensive if you want to you use in the room. I dont understand why the 4-5 stars hotel in thailand client have to pay for wifi. In thailand. the more expensive hotel, the wifi you have to pay which is 650 baht per day. this rate in thailand you can get free internet for whole month. they should fix this or just include in the rate. so people would not feel to get rip off. Just a little free thing that people need now like internet will make this hotel perfect

it's located in main beach road which you can take bus ( every where ) 10 baht per person to any where on the beach front. cheap cheap.

Nice cosy hotel with good ocean view

We had a twin bed ocean view staying at high floor at this hotel. The view is great. The room is similar to what you see posted on the gallery area at the booking page. It is clean and comfortable with big bed. The hotel comes with a very big bathroom with glass panel at the bathing area. It is quite romantic but not to worry, it comes equipped with roll down blinds to conceal the revealing panel for those who are not comfortable with. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I was there asking for direction and the staff actually walk out of the hotel with me and show me the correct direction.
However the hotel is located at the far end of the beach, which means you have to walk a distant down to the central where most of the activities and shopping areas are. But not to worry, you can get a cab easily anywhere.

The hotel is located on the north side of Pattaya which makes is easy to access and to get around to other areas of Pattaya.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, simple contemporary design, but at he same price as the Amari Orchid just next door, the Amari is far better than the Holiday inn.

the hotel is located in the north of the beach road, near the central shopping center and tiffany's show palace. just meters to the beach. the building is high and view is fantastic. the room is very clean and comfortable. there's also a lovely infinite pool and a children's pool. although we don't have free wifi in the room, the free internet is accessable in the lobby. we enjoyed the nightlife in pattaya, but were not disturbed at all in the room. we are satisfied with the stay in holiday inn.

Taxis are everywhere unable us to every destination.

the hotel is new and placed in a good location. the room was very nice. i didn't eat any meal in the hotel, but only tried the coffee shop in the lobby; it was very nice.
the prices for the services are expensive; e.g.they are asking for 2500 baht to drop you to pattaya airport but you can get it easily 700 baht from any taxi outside.
