I had been stay alway on this hotel due to nice open view toilet and nice view on the sea view. Breakfast was great and swimming pool was like mbs Singapore.. I will alway stay in this hotel .

Great hotel with lovely staff

We were presently surprised with the condition and hospitality of the hotel. We are frequent travellers and this hotel has one of the best checking procedures. Hotel looks almost brand new and friendly staff all around. Most staff members try to go that extra step to make your stay memorable (Excluding one overzealous house keeper who has recommended the duty manager to charge us bht for a dirty face towel which we have used to wipe face painting from the hotel kids club. Duty manager promptly removed that charge once we have complained). Great location away from seedy side if pattaya but still central to all amenities. Great place for couples with young kids as they have one of the best kids pools around (including a water slide). Nicely maintained kids club but most activities incur an additional cost (overpriced compared to other hotels). Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back again.
Shopping Tip:
Supermarket within walking distance (at Big C Shopping centre - Second Road). Shopping at Festival Central from 10bht taxi trip (they may charge 100 bht to get back)

great hotel...worth a second visit

The hotel is very pleasant and is at a good location. 5 mins walk from the beach. Its also near to some of the attractions in pattaya like the alcazar show. There are lots of massage parlours in the vicinity if you get tired of playing in the sun or just roaming around in the city. We had a pleasing stay at holiday inn. The staff were friendly, informative. Coffee shop is good. The breakfast was excellent.. With world cuisines. The pool is clean and good for a dip. The kids sections in the hotel are also very nice- great kiddy pool and a dedicated kid zonw with lots of fun activities throughout the day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The alcazar and tiffany show are very much alike. So don't book both. I would recommend the alcazar show rather than tiffany.

the hotel selection was based mainly on hotel location, not too far out of main centre of pattaya but far enough for quite location. the room was generous size, good bathroom, nice size balcony with ocean view. food was so good we ate breakfast-dinner and eve meal at hotel. the staff are great very friendly and polite. the pool is sensational overlooking main beach. perfect temperature and length. back next year for sure
so all in all a very good stay

wonderful stay for couple. lovely room with good layout and newly furnished and also superior ocean view from the balcony. wifi is included as well. infinity swimming pool is awesome with sea view. hotel english breakfast is worth and with plenty of variation.
there are nothing to complain for the location. 8 mins walk to tiffany show. beach is just across the road and mini truck are easily available in front the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Both Shopping Malls are located along the Beach Road and can be reached by foot.
