They checked us in at 8:30am!! without any questions (normal check-in is after 2pm). Rooms were ready in 5 minutes, had a good ocean view. Staff was always smiling and helping. We checked out early in the morning, but they allowed us to use their fitness center for bathing after we had come from our adventure tour.
A fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel.....

We stayed here often and never get upgrade before, but this time we got a corner room, it was so beautiful with best bathroom that can enjoy the sea view during taking a bath and also big balcony with both north and south Pattaya bay view
