Small but cosy hotel

Reception staff is friendly and helpful with our bookings and enquiries on transport, attractions, etc. Staff initiated to recommend Pattaya to us. Room has free wifi. Although small, but very comfortable and within walking distance to the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't bother negotiating for price before riding in the open air taxis. Just get up and ring the bell when you reach your destination. Average price per person is 10 Baht. Seafood at walking street is delicious, with dining environment at the beach.

Still like the location and car parking most

Ibis is very standardised and this is a typical good standard of room.
Not so big but all very functional. Stayed three nights, was quite comfortable.
They provide everything except glasses for drinks.
Not sure why?
Pleased to report that the lobby bar was happy to supply glasses and even champagne glasses on request.
Check in and out were smooth.
Although I was asked for a deposit from my credit card, had not occurred on my previous stay.
Staff a little serious about hotel policy sometimes. Understand their reasons, but could be more tactful.

Look no further than Ibis for first time traveler!

I stayed here for my first trip to Pattaya. Good location, nice and friendly staff and most importantly, dont forget to try its pizzas!

Modern hotel but very small rooms small bathroom
although very small bathroom, shower and hot water perfect...

This hotel has very small rooms and even smaller bathrooms.
The bed was broken with a spring protuding from the side of the matress. Although there was building work taking place next to the hotel the soundproofing was very good.
The hotel is in a very good location with a shopping mall opposite, and is a short. to the beach

first time i stayed in this hotel and i like it.good prices for the rooms.i realy like it and i come back again.very clean hotel.everything is good in here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
many things to see near the hotel.specialy tiffanys lady boy show is very near and worth to go see the show.

Reception need to be improve as when I want to check-in don't know who to approach and no staff offering the help when I was standing at reception for about five mins.

Clean hotel at great location
Good location. Lots of eateries, shops, massage place and things to see around the hotel

We stay in the family room which comes with a queen bed and a bunk bed.
The room is quite spacious and large enough for 4 of us even though our children are 12 and 10 already.
The hotel is quite clean and decent for those with limited budget. As for toiletries, they provide only shower gel (which can also be used as shampoo) and shower caps.
Overall, we do enjoy our stays there. Opposite the hotel, there are various food stalls which open at night and people can try many local foods at a very reasonable price.
