great location, very friendly staffs, complete facilities internet not free, and when want to purchase the 1 hour internet, it is not available. Hotel in modern style. Great restaurant service great satisfying meal. The staffs are super friendly especially the concierge team. All front office staffs are friendly, always eager to help, rooms are in sufficient size. Clean hotel with all modern facilities including computer set in the lobby. Nice lobby seating area with great coaches. Near to supermarkets to buy daily needs, and easily can reach any public transportation to go to the beach and Central Supermarket. Staffs have sufficient English language capability to inform all the tourist areas and entertainment for all kind of people, Highly recomended to stay in this hotel and very worth the rate that we are paying through Agoda. Do try to have lunch in the nice bright restaurant, great food in reasonable prices. Will come back & stay again in Ibis Pattaya
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : next door is Tiffany show, great 1 hour show, better comes on the 6pm show, then walk through an alley next to the hotel all the way to the beach road and take the "pick up taxi" to Centra Shopping Mall only cost 10 bath for about 5 minutes ride, great mall with great food

Well organised and clean with in room safe, big enough for your laptop. Small room, and very small bathroom, no desk for computer; you have to work on your bed! Well situated, far enough from nightlife to sleep quit, close enough to visit city center. Well organised, friendly and helpfull staff. Expensive internet with sessions of 1 hour, so if you are in the middle of booking a flight, you can lose connection and have to start over. Breakfast not included. Clean and fresh equipment rooms and hotel, with nice swimming pool.

nice crew, chic design and close to tiffany show the room and toilet are too small clean and cheap. nice crew, chic design and it's in a center of Pattaya. easy to go to Tiffany show, to the north Pattaya beach and to Central Festival Pattaya.
But it would be better if stay in the sea view side.
We can walk trough the holiday in to the north Pattaya beach.
Restaurant Tip : There's a staek house called "Wandee House". Recommended the Ink spaghetti with ink sauce.
But call to book the table for dinner first.

3. wonderful swimming pool internet charge is high, and not convitent good location fo the hotel, good service, and very clean with confortable layout and space, neat and nice. also this is a new opened one, so good for try.
but very much people visit, very crowed. Thus, you have to wait for the queue take very long time.
I like the swimming pool, one of the best I have ever had. very good water, without bad chemestry smelling, and resonable desgin good for family as well.
overall, if you are not that rush, you can enjoy a stay in the hotel.

modern ,beautiful and good service there are some noise at night It's a nice place where there are several good services for example hi-speed internet ,swimming pool, very delicious of nice food, good taking care of the receptionist and maid....
so next time this place will be reminded me if I have a chance to go to Pattaya

clean and staff is helpful I think it is very acceptable hotel at this price level. The room is clean and tidy. And the staff is very helpful. I felt happy to stay in this hotel, but it can be better if hotel can provide bottle water. Quite good quite good quite good quite good!!!

Ibis Pattaya has a good location. 5 minutes walk to beach. 3 minutes walk to shopping mall. Has big parking space. Room is simple but enough for daily life. the only thing i don't like is the bed size.
it's really small. Anyway, overall is good. This is a good choice for who doesn't have a lot of budget.

Reasonable Place and Convenience Room is too small without table and chair Not the first time stated at IBIS Pattaya. Same as last state, room is not bib and some furniture is missing but hotel is still brand new and price is so reasonable to compensate the above weakness.
Location just good to have variety food surrender hotel and Big C just take five minutes walk can be accessed. In short , the hotel is running by simpliality concept , environmental friendly and suitable for young visitor who do not look for more than neccessity.

Only good for short stay~ Very good price for a relatively new hotel, which come with a good resturant and attractive outdoor pool. U better book the room with pool view in advance for your stay. "city view" was view to a construction site for my stay. The hotel room is pretty new but slightly smaller than my expectation. Anyway, just a night for me and I was enjoying!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good location~ Walking distance to 1 of the major mall, nice massage places and lots of bars.

The staffs very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and look fit for 2 persons
Many mini markets and food hawkers around the area including spa and bowling.
Go to the beach little bit far and I think the hotel needs cooperation with the other hotel at the backside to make it shorter.
I think I have to stay there again sometime

IBIS BKK is ok,clean.IBIS pattaya is wonderful!!They have a swimming pool which is for free usage,clean and beautiful. IBIS BKK is not convenient to the BTS.Room has very strange smell.No wireless. in BKK,the situation is not that convenient to the BTS station,but in Pattaya,the hotel is cool!!!Very close to the beach and Bar area,5-10 mins walk,and Tiffany show is just beside the hotel,so so so wonderful location!!!They also have a swimming pool which is quite clean for free.The hotel is also near to the bus station,call Tuk-Tuk is about 10 mins.

- Clean room - Quite far from the beach I only spend one night in this hotel and check in very late at night, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and make things better, the room is very clean and nice to spend the night over. The hotel is quite far from the beach but very near to tiffany or alcazar (the reason we stay in pataya)
Restaurant Tip : Near the hotel, in soi 2, in the morning, we take breakfast at the hawker, nice and cheap, but clean

clean,excellent staff,good pool a little off centre of pattaya this is a good clean hotel with friendly staff and decent sized rooms.I was on the 7th floor and had a great view of Pattaya.The swimming pool is excellent and of a good size.It is great value and is as good if not better than hotels costing twice as much.
Shopping Tip : big c centre is across the road where you can get good food for little money

cheap, easy access to the beach, new, clean rooms are a bit small, parking is awful (behind the hotel) had to far. This is a relatively new hotel with an affordable price. Easy acess to the beach and all the bars in central pattaya. The staffs are helpful. The rooms are clean. Only negative part was the room size and the parking is way behind the hotel which makes it a pain to walk back/forth from the room.
