Comfortable rooms in convenient location
large rooms, close walk to beach, not noisy at night

Location was good enough to access the beach or shopping stalls/markets/centers. I spent a day on the rooftop reading a book with a slightly obscured view of the beach. The pool is a little small and not very deep. The room was great, nice and open, plenty of large windows and a decent bathroom. Staff were nice but better to talk to a travel agency if looking to organize transport or see the local surroundings.

nice hotel and friendly staff

me and two other guys took the top floor of the hotel for a boyz Holiday with three bed room. The service, staff and the room was great. nice swimming pool, view and services.
Nightlife Tip:
the hotel location is close to walking street, LK metro, shopping mail and the beach.

For just a little more money can have the comfort of a suite so can rest and relax with friends. Full size fridge is an asset too. No great views, but upper floors look over adjacent hotel pool

Location is great. On Soi 13 midway between Soi 6 and walking street.

the only drawback is no safe in the room.

The Inn House is conveniently located next to all the night life. The rooms are a good value for the money. I would stay there on my next trip to Pattaya.

second stay at this hotel. friendly staff and great accomodations. location is perfect if you like the nightlife. close proximity to great dining and lots of entertainment. easy to book online and secure. kings table downstairs is a great place to start the day off with a cold beer or cocktail.

I always stay here because I like the Soi 22 area. The hotel is very comfortable with a great location. The staff is always helpful. The breakfast is pretty good but basic.
