location is good. it is very short distance to walking street and beach. room is large and clean enough. friendly staffs. but no breakfast. massage center, hair saloon and restaurant just next to hotel. i will be there again if i going.

We arrived at 2pm had a quick dip in the small rooftop pool then headed into walking street, very convenient.
Shopping Tip:
Good little clothes market at the end of the road
Opposite the Sportsman, nice pub for Rugby, football, racing etc

I like its location. It is near to walking street and Festival Center. Its room is lagre and clean enough. Reception girls are welcome and helfull. It is very convinient to get massage shop, hair shop and restaurant. I will be there next time and will recommend my friends this hotel.
Travel tip:
There is no hot driking water, no tea and coffee inside the room.

The room is very clean. For the double bed room, the bed is good for couples. The bathroom is in a proper size. The hotel location is the best. Not too far from the walking street but located in a quiet area.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking street is very close to the hotel. There are bars and pubs along way to the walking street. If you like clubbing, go to insomnia. It's good place for drink and dance. It also provides pool tables for you to enjoy during the night. the prices of alcohols are not too expensive. Really recommended!

The hotel has a good location and close to beach, the swimming pool on the top is fairly small. The rooms are ok, with big fridge and strong A/C and the wifi is good although disconnects quite often. It has also got a bar and nice restaurant with a big variety of food, they should include a breakfast though. The rates are fairly high compared to on site deals in Pattaya
Nightlife Tip:
10min walking to soi 7 or walking street!

Close enough to the craziness but still far enough away to relax.
Not far from beach located about halfway down soi 13. Great room and modern. Nice plasma TV and mod cons. Nice onsite bar/restaurant for a night cap.
Great bar at end of soi 13 (not beach end) where they sell good price drinks without the girl hassle. Friendly bunch of aussies always willing to chat.
Restaurant Tip:
Nice English breakfast with fresh coffee served at the Baywatch on way to walking street.
