great location, maid service very helpful.

room was clean and tidy. maid service very helpful and friendly. the kings table staff very helpful and friendly. i had my hair cut at the saloon there and was very easy to talk with. will stay again.

Great location but small rooms

hotel was located right on koh san road which was great as you could go back to the room and get away from the hussle and bustle for a few minutes if you wanted. the rooms were tiny and when we requested a third bed as there were 3 of us travelling together this made it really cramped. it basically meant we were all sleeping in a king size bed.
Nightlife Tip:
Great location to enjoy the nightlife but once you got to your room you couldn't hear the noise anymore so it was great.

i find this hotel is comfortable to stay, it's clean, it's new, and it's location is not too far away from the walking street.
quite easy to get public transport with few footsteps away.

very nice hotel, though a bit far from the sukhumvit road and soi 4 cross road junction. however, the benefit is the kind of quiet surroundings that one gets.
the rooms are very spacious and that what makes the living very special. net connection is very good surprisingly considering the size of rooms and the length of each floor.
food is also good

I brought my car and the hotel guard took good care of my parking. The location of the hotel is perfect. Not quite far from central festival pattaya and walking street. I would absolutely visit this hotel again when I travel in/to pattaya. The thing is there's no breakfast provided.

is quick nice hotel environment but the price a bit expensive not so reasonable,somehow the room a bit small.overall is quick ok,consider not bad.hope the management will be improve.thanks.

lovely and pleasant stay.

the hotel situated at beach area very near to walking street, so that one can enjoy the nightlife without hassle. the kings restaurant having great thai food and service of nattaya massage was great and remarkable. the hotel is far from noise, so that i had good sleep even in day hours. the check in time was 2.00 pm but when i requested the staff of hotel allow me early check in at about 10.30am.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't book coral island trip from agents, go straight to boat in morning hrs at beach where one can find at competitive price.

Excellent hotel - second visit

i stayed at inn-house for six days in a suite on the 7th floor. room was very clean, a/c worked fine, had fox news on tv, internet was excellent (but the router was outside the door), good staff, really no complaints about this small hotel. my second visit and i'll use it in the future. tried to set up golf, but they were too expensive, so just use the haven next door.
