A great choice for Pattaya stay for day and night

This was the second time I and my friends stayed at this hotel. Again, things were all satisfactory with clean room at reasonable rate. Staff were friendly and most of them speak good English. I will come back to this place for my next trip to Pattaya.

Great location!
For the price, it is a very nice hotel.

Spent 2 weeks here and had a nice stay!
The Inn House is missing a few things that I would have liked but for the price it was fine.
Good wifi in the room!
No gym, shauna and pool is VERY small.
Restaurant has very good food and the best buffets 2 or 3 times a week but the service could be better but that's a Thai thing and the same at all food service places.
Been to payatta many times and for the price have never found a better place.
Had a 2nd floor room which was great as we did not have to weight on the lift to go up and down!
Room was very fine and only thing was the shower water could have been warmer!
Nightlife Tip:
Pretty calm street at night so that's a good thing hahahah!

Good hotel with great service

The location is pretty good. The beach walk is just half a block away. 7-11 is right around the corner either direction. The walking street is about a 15 minute walk depending on foot traffic.
The service was excellent. Upon checking in, they had made a mistake with our room so they allowed us to check-in early and gave us an extra roll-away bed at no extra cost. The room phone did not work, so they sent someone to fix it right away. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I've been living overseas for two years now and at the time I stayed here, I hadn't been home to the States for five months. There is a BBQ buffet at the restaurant which had every cookout food you can think of from potato salad to beef brisket. It all tasted just like it would back home. I had two companions who visited from the states who completely agreed. Anyone who is missing good food from America needs to check it out. I have never experienced anything that comes close in Asia.

Very good location near the beach i walking street, the room is small but comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive at the entrance have a bar where you can eat all kinds of food to televisions to enjoy the best sport. At the top is the pool area somewhat sloppy the pool water is dirty but there are wonderful views as you can see the entire beach

The four rooms we stayed in all needed a renovation. The paint from the bedroom wall was peeling. The carpets in my friend's room had stains that needed to be removed. The buffet didn't have any cheese available for the omelettes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice pool setting with a great view of the city.
Travel tip:
The hotel is located close to the canal that is very useful for transportation via the water taxi.

The location is great, though not ideal. We took a suite but turns out it is a combination of 2 smaller rooms with a connecting door, where one of the room was set up as living room. Food is easily available, as throughout the streets. It has all the necessities for comfort if you're not looking for luxury. But my friend and I felt we paid more than was worth. And the swimming pool was dirty.

This hotel is situated in soi 13. I didn't realise the extent of what goes on in Pattaya until i got there. Soi 6 is mad, walking street is mad and this hotel is nestled central to both. I did a lot of walking and was in bed quite early and i didn't go to Pattaya for what most people go for, i was just passing through on my trip to Cambodia. Attached to this hotel is a bar where the obvious is going on and adjacent to this is a massage place, didn't try so don't know. Across the way is a great eating place, which i went into 3 times. On the whole it was pretty good, i went a second time as i was passing back through and got a walk in price which i got a bit of discount on.
Expect to see plenty of activity in the hotel with girls coming in with guys. I saw quite a bit from my veranda and for me, pattaya is not a place to take kids.

quiet friendly hotel in a great location

inn house is located halfway down soi 13 and its pleasantly quiet despite the rest of the area being a bit overwhelming at times. The staff are friendly and helpful. Roof top pool is tiny but still good for a dip after being out in the heat for a while. The pool deck offers good views and is a nice place for lazy time. Only problem was my room this time (have stayed once previously and didn't have this type of room) was connected to another room and separated by a bolted doorway. Which meant that some noise could be heard from next door(and I'm sure they could hear me).
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast buffet at Diana Dragon is quite good value. At corner of soi Diana and soi Bukhao.
