Reception very friendly and helpful

Tims Boutique was so good i booked an extra night here instead of going back to Bangkok. Th e hotel staff are very friendly, from Reception staff right down to housekeeping. I had a small problem with my shower and within 20 minutes the problem was fixed. I will definitely be boing back to Pattaya and Tims Boutique hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Many good restaurants close by. Tims Bar, on corner of Soi 14 will even cook you up a great meal.

Tim Boutique will definitely be a Hotel i revisit when i go back to Pattaya. from the time you get out of your taxi to the time you leave you are always greeted with a smile and a "sawadee khrap or sawadee kar" by the staff. Reception have excellent English speaking skills so have no problems with any requests you have. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Although the big King bed was made up of 2 King single mattresses, i had no trouble with this as the bed was made in a way you could hardly notice this. Breakfast was excellent also. Swimming pool only small but adequate.
Nightlife Tip:
Tims Bar which is situated about 50 meters from Tims Boutique Hotel, has a small bar facing the main road (2nd Road), if you go thru the bar you will find yourself in a nightclub atmosphere with many beautiful girls to help you choose your drinks, or any other choices you prefer. If you want a quieter place just go out the back of the nightclub and you can sit and relax and play pool with your friends or with one of the many ladies working at Tims Bar. Closes late. Enjoy.

the staff were fantastic in every way, always very helpful. the hotel is very centrally located, close to walking street and beach. nice big pool on the top floor. i would defenetly stay there again.

the room is new,clean and big..very comfort..near the beach road..just walk for some minute..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you buy ask tour desk to arrange local tours,its more expensive than outside..

Good location next to Avenue shops, beach and nightlife.
Great pool on the roof, although they decided to close it for renovations over the New Year.
Staff very helpful. Overall recommended.

this hotel is near downtown, we enjoied shopping and sight seeing. the room is very nice. but just internet access is not convinenience.
Shopping Tip:
we enjoied night shopping in central pattaya.

Decent hotel...but overcharged

The hotel is decent but all in all a bit overpriced.
Every night I came home there was a problem with my lights and maintenence would have to come to "fix" the problem which would only be broken again the next day. While this was annoying it was not a deal breaker. What was however were several extra and very unreasonable charges on my bill upon checkout.
I was charged for a "dirty hand towel".
I had used this hand towel to clean up a small food spill from room service I had ordered. It was a bit of sauce and would have washed right out with no issue. The fact they would charge for that is slightly mind boggling.

i stayed there for 5 days, i enjoyed my stay over there.friendly staff, the hotel is very close to most of the places, hotels and central festival mall.
next time i am planning to stay over there...

Tim Boutqiue is a nice Hotel off the main road. It's close enough to all the action that you can walk to the Plaza or even walking street. There's not much noise from the outside besides the usual, so it's ideally placed.
Good pool upstairs, nice buffet breakfast for both Western and Asian tastes. The staff are really nice and friendly, always wiling to help.
