Great Hotel & Good Location
Close to the street but away from the noise

the new rooms are very neat and clean with a huge bed, large bath and separate shower with a large window between the bathroom and bed. the staff are all very friendly and helpful. everything is close-by with a supermarket nearby a big plus. overall very happy with this hotel and will stay here again.

This hotel is in a really good location, so I can go shopping, drinking, and so on easily. And hotel staffs are really friendly and have a splendid hospitlity. This hotel is in front of the Avenue Pattaya, so it is easy to buy something else. I want to saty here again.

Nice upscale hotel for a reasonable price.
Staff is very friendly, short walk to beach, 15 minutes to Walking Street.

Nice upscale hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonable rates. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 min to Walking Street. May be a little hard to find, but worth the search. Guest friendly. I plan to stay there again during future trips.

Great location, great staff service, very friendly
Location very central, adjacent to Second Road where u can catch a baht bus for 10Baht

This is my second stay here. The rooms are great and the reception staff very accommodating. THe location is excellent, very near to everything, especially since it's very close to a major mall there. However, price higher than usual for Pattaya.

The Jacuzzi is always a plus, and the new LCD Screen in the room a noce new addition

Staff were excellent, very happy to see a returning customer, remembering me from the previous trips I have made.
Room was kept clean and well serviced. The new TV was a nice addition. Look forward to the new building opening later this year. What can be added to make this a more perfect location for your stay in Pattaya? I am not sure, so we shall see.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking street is always a joy! A few new Ago-go bars have opened recently but no surprises to be had. Generally prices have increased slightly since my last visit in May

Wonderful service and great location
The staff is friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to assist you. Location was very nice, walking distance from everything.

Greatly recommend this place. I would ask for a room on upper floor to avoid the noise.

Nice hotel and great service
Rooms are very good and staff excellent and happy to help in any way

My wife and i enjoyed our stay here the only problem was the noise from the building next to the room after a free upgrade to a suite as well as the live band directly below.the staff are excellent in every way and eager to help if needed.Once the hotel is fully completed with a below ground car park it will be a great place to stay again.

Good location but construction work done at moment

Extention to hotel being built at moment, noisy but hotel did offer free days out, but not really what I wanted to do
