Centrally located, modern hotel- all you will need
Location, value for money
7.7
Well located, but not by the beach though if you are looking for a sea side resort. Else, only a 3 minute walk to the beach. About 10 min to the Walking Street where all the hustle and bustle is!
Otherwise, personalized service, with pleasant staff, comfortable rooms but wifi not free- chargeable.

Not sure about the dates for this suggested review as it is now December and my last stay was from 26 Nov to 4 Dec. Yes, I have stayed here before and I love it - it is my haven in Pattaya. My birthday occurred during this visit and I was just going to take an afternoon nap when there was a knock at the door. Outside were the entire reception staff with a 10inch cake and a birthday card signed by all hotel departments. Sadly I could not detain one of the delivery crew to help me eat it, but it was a wonderful surprise and touching gesture.
I always love the beds in this hotel - so big!
Shopping Tip:
To see some cheap clothes, go down the south end of Soi Bukhao to the open air markets. Finished there, cross South Road to Tuk.Com for all sorts of electronics, software, mobiles etc.

Great location
Walking distance to beach, shopping and food outlets

Staff is not very friendly, breakfast not that great for the price we paid ..... there was construction going at one end of the hotel so a mess outside .... rest all fine. View from the swimming pool was amazing we came to know about it only when we were leaving ... we were not told when we checked in, neither were we served our welcome drink inspite of booking a deluxe room.

This is my third stay at Tim Boutique. It is a well run hotel with friendly helpful staff. The pool on the roof is somewhere to relax during the day, although some find the pool small, I find the whole roof area quiet and very relaxing, nice pool bar too. The rooms are of a very good standard and are cleaned daily. The location couldn't be better. Very close to all everything you require. I will always stay here when I visit Pattaya.

Great hotel and very friendly staff

Check in was great, they were very friendly. The hotel is comparable to western hotels. Price was okay. Rooftop pool was amazing. It has a swim up bar. View is great. The room was upscale, the bathroom was great. Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Mini bar had everything and the prices were not that expensive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Central Festival Mall is nearby

don't understand why it is a "boutique" hotel...a normal low-range hotel (by thai standards), cheap and cheerful.

Nice hotel in good location. One street back from beach front. Easy walk to beach and all shops & bars. Friendly staff both day & night.
Great pool area on roof, useful and beach in resort very poor.

construction will eventually end, but paying for wi-fi is a big negative.
service was excellent for the most part. including valet, doormen, house cleaning, front desk, and breakfast servers.
Restaurant Tip:
the Zen in the Central Festival shopping plaza was excellent.
