Nice time, the road could be noises with dogs barking and also the maids loud walki talkies despite do not disturb signs. Mentioned a light not working four times but it was never fixed. No restaurant but that was no problem. Friendly staff, I would go back.

We stayed in 2 bed room and it was very spacious over looking pool and swimming pool was nice to use. Overall, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not included but many restaurants are within short walking distance. We had a car so browsing was not a problem. It is pity that the beach was full of litter and water was not clean enough to swim in. But that is norm here.

Love my stay here, Very quiet surroundings but only a 1 minute walk to the main road and beach where you can grab a baht bus anywhere downtown Jomtien or Pattaya. It feels more like home then a hotel, large 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Close to 7-11 to get anything you need, would love to stay here for a longer trip.

Well maintained condo with spacious rooms and attentive staff. Very nice pool - even we're usually on the ocean side. Fast Internet. Big and clean rooms. Centrally located near Jomtien beach Rd.
