OK for the price but for health and hygiene reasons, they really need to get their act together on maintenence, cleaning and the pool. Staff were helpful, but sometimes overwhelmed with only one receptionist usually.
- Nightlife Tip : When catching a tuk-tuk outside the hotel, just hail and get on - pricing should be around BAHT20 for a short stretch (into Jomtien proper) and BAHT40 to go longer (per person). Pay when you get off.

This hotel plays host to Russian package tour holidays. This means it is really only average in terms of quality. Just about acceptable for the money (approximately $30/night). I would not pay more than this. Rooms were okay but not perfect. Mostly clean, slightly worn. Breakfast was not worth getting up for. It was very close to beach but far away from Pattaya central.
