-Very nice room, fashioned.
-helpful receptionist & good service.
-walking distance to beach seaside.
-reasonable price.
-nice dining room, free international breakfast.
-Internet fees is expensive.
-distance to town
Honestly, i like this hotel very much. I am very sure i will come here again.
Good price, comfort & spacious room, good service.
Nice landscape scenery...
Near the seaside walking distance 1-2 minutes.
Only thing is distance to town. And road conditions is very bad. Very dusty if you are travel with those taxi without air condition.
Nightlife Tip : Must go alcazar show near town.

Big room, huge swimming pool in front across the street from the beach and a smaller more private one on the 3rd floor, nice fitness center, clean.
Old hotel, small TV and very limited channels, rooms have a double and a single bed in them.
This hotel is probably one of the biggest in Pattaya. Seems like it was built back in the 60's and was probably the star back then as they offer everything one could want in a resort style hotel to include a bowling alley. On the other hand, the hotel is in dire need of a makeover to update their rooms.
The main swimming pool is fantastic and huge, but the resort is invaded by Russian tour groups who hit the free breakfast then beat feet to takeover the pool. Overall, it was a good stay, but Pattaya is not a place I would return to as there are much better locations in Thailand.
On a side note, I spent my birthday here and the hotel send me a fruit platter and card which I thought was really nice.
Nightlife Tip : Unless your a single guy wanting a booze infested, bar girl(or boy) holiday, I would stay away. Prices are really high for dining and taxi's and you can find much nicer beaches and locales in other parts of Thailand.

Good space and friendly counter staff
Near to beach and interesting in the day
Spacious room
Rooms look old
fireworks nightly passed midnight, disturbing
lack of interesting amenities nearby
It has a spacious room and quiet surrounding with friendly staff. But find the room and bathroom look old. Lift is also slow but for leisure it is fine, but I was half on business. Fireworks for the 2 nights I was there and they were still playing passed 2am, that disturb my sleep. The surrounding are many empty condo apartments and give the place a deserted feeling otherwise it is fairly nice for a holiday.
Shopping Tip : branded factory outlets not far away but still requires transportation.

Big room , bathroom , clean, near beach , convenient , can go to many places near by
a bit dark in hotel , so scary ,in the hall way should have more light
At first I dont know this hotel , searched from agoda the price is ok then I found out there was one of the old hotel that has sad history and already renovated . I told the front to move to the new building at the back but they tried to charge me 300 thb / night eventhough front bilding is better view . Finally i got Big room , nice bathroom , clean at new building . the location is perfect near beach , convenient , can go to many places near by but the hall way so dark and look scary that remind me about the sad history of this hotel before. at night the air-con was so lound . toilet autometic flush without using....ummm not only me heard that sound...if u like adventure , haunted story , please try this hotel..if u are kind of weak , please dont come.

Quiet location! not near all the go-go bars. Nice lobby, great pool! spacious rooms, nice view! great shower..the breakfast!!
I loved my stay here. you can take a blue bus for 20-25 baht into the city anytime to visit central festival mall. you can catch it right along the corner of the block the hotel is situated. The beds were soft and the air con worked well. I loved swimming in the pool in the morning. Me and my girlfriend had a great time. Check in was a breeze but make sure to print you reservation. The room has a safety deposit box and the shower and bathroom was really 4 star quality. I felt I got my moneys worth for sure. Oh and the last best thing, the buffet breakfast! There were so many choices of both thai and western food.
Nightlife Tip : take the open back taxis to the main mall's.

good location with easy assest to different places. Beautiful pool area
little old, need to freshen up a bit. Bed hard.
over all the hotel is nice and staff helpful and friendly. Negtive is that they don't have free internet in the lobby as many hotels do. breakfast was good and service quick. as we stayed only one night, we were not able to test all their facilities and restaurants. Good parking place if you take the car. Nice hotel.

View of the Hotal, Cleaniness, Awsome swimming pool & beautiful rooms
No complimentary tea, unavailability of Halal food
It was a wow and awsome experience to live in the most comfortable and best hotel of patayya. The view of the rooms facing beach was beautiful. The staff was very cooperative, friendly, efficient & professional. Hotel was very clean. The lobby had a beautifull look. The most amazing facility was the bowling alley & very vast parking facility.

Location near beach, fitness room
No free wifi, so-so meals, unfriendly staff
If I go back to Pattaya I would definitely find another hotel. The best thing about this hotel was the location to the beach. Aside from that I can only say that the outside pool is the best feature of this hotel. Rooms are carpeted which holds way too many smells. staff was rude, We simply ignored the staff person and went to our room. 10 minutes later they were knocking on our door asking for proof of reservation. Stay away from this hotel.

The pool, the karoke room which noone was in and for a drink we had the run of the room it was awesome, has tenpin bowling too
Make sure you pay with large notes as the staff will not bring you back the change otherwise and stiff you on it even though there is a service charge on everything anyway. There were bugs all through the room and in the bed on the floor in the bathroom and we were on the 14th floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : organize some chairs down by the beach at night buy bears at 7 and chill down there it's great!

very close to jomtein beach just infront , nice and lage swimming pool.
the smelling of floor and room not very much fresh.
i personaly like this hotel because of it is locate in a nice jomtein beach ,that is not so full like pattaya beach. the price of the hotel quit reasonable. The fascilities such as a swimimng full and drink bar in front of the hotel quit nice and mak\d this hotel; look out standing. So for the next trip of me to pattaya i will still stay here over night again , thanks for agoda for a very good offer all the year.
Shopping Tip : if you feel so boring at jomteian beach because of no nice big shopping mall i would recoment you to take a mini bus service , motobike or your car to central pattaya beach , it is a new big shopping mall in pattaya or also you can visit floating market during a day time , it is also not so far from the hotel.

Great main pool (if you're in the first tower, but you can use it if you stay in either tower). Close to Dongtan Beach, which is nicer than most beaches in the area (maybe because it's a little gay, I don't know, but it ain't flagrant, so anyone could enjoy it). Rooms seem to be pretty spacious, and because of the lack of guests, you can have the gym, pool, web cafe, etc., all to yourselves.
Because the place if pretty vacant, kind of like staying at a haunted hotel.....plus the electricity shuts down every so often, esp. during a thunder storm. Don't get caught in the elevators. Otherwise, a kind a cool place to stay.
The Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel is kind of corporate (two large towers right near the beach) but kind of quirky and interesting at the same time. The place has a bowling alley, a hair salon, two pools, a gym, and Internet cafe, etc., yet nobody seems to use these facilities. That could be because I stayed there during low season, and it looked like they had about 5% occupancy at the entire hotel. Don't know. Staff was pretty nice, if bored. Place is very convenient to Jomtien and Southern Pattaya. Nice beaches nearby, and a stocked 7/11 and Thai pharmacy just steps away. What more could you need? A few weird construction/aesthetic features of the hotel will remind you of Stephen King novel, but just ignore them and enjoy your stay.....
Nightlife Tip : Jomtien doesn't have a lot in the way of nightlife (unless, for some reason, the Jomtien Complex gets really feck during high season) so take the 60 baht santeaw ride over to Pattayland for the real crazy bar beers of your choosing. Great time. Like a grewat weekend of R&R from your tour of Nam, and has everything you need to get drunk.....crazy chicks will yell at you while you walk down the street. Don't know how to explain it, just go and experience the cool surrealism of Thailand.

location, decent breakfast, lots of facilities, really nice pools, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice toiletries in bathroom, big room with king bed and twin bed
hotel needs renovation, room decor is faded and it feels like a 2-3 star hotel, also smells a bit musty, ants were in the room and in the bathroom, mattress was uneven and hard, not many cable channels
overall the stay was nice. the hotel is in need of room renovation but at least it was clean. at the very least, the carpets need to be removed. because of the carpets the room and hallways were musty smelling and probably not good for anyone with bad allergies and/or asthma. this is a hotel for big tour groups and in the low season it's fine, but i am sure that in the high season it is far too hectic! the location was great and staff were extremely helpful.

Rooms were big and clean (furnishings were dated) Full-serviced, gym, massage, computer center, two pools, breakfast... located well at the head of Jomtien beach.
Staff barely spoke English. Concierge was not helpful with suggesting things to do. Doorman was not willing to flag a cab to the front of the hotel in the rain (instead asked me to walk to the street to do it myself) Hotel is filled with large loud tour-groups from Russian and China.
The service is terribly lacking for self-travel. But you are staying with a tourgroup who is organizing everything, then it might be fine.
