Reasonable price for the room, near the beach and nice restaurant with fresh seafood on the road along beach. Little bit old but compare with price you need to accept that. If you are looking for a quiet place and avoid too much crowd this is the place to choose. Hotel room that I stayed is average, acceptable level compare with the price. You can not expect it perfect but this is above average. If you want more than 4 star hotel you need to pay more. If your budget is limited you can choose this hotel. Good view from the room and you can go to beach with in 2 minutes, its the best point to choose this hotel. If you go to walking street, your transportation fee for 1 way will be 100-150B. If you catch motorcycle, it will be more cheaper.

Good for family stay Transportation to the walking street or BIG C is little bit far If your budget is limited this is your choice to stay. Close to the beach and quiet environment yet you have lots of shops around to buy what you need. However everything is not perfect but it is ok. I think it is below average. If you expect more than four star hotel you need to spend more money for the hotel. Compare with the price I think this is good choice to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to save cost for transportation you better rent a motor cycle.

Terrible location - room was not repair 30 years (!). The hotel itself - a big drawback. We have a lot of traveling to Asia, but we have not seen anywhere else, even for the same price.
