Great location near beach road and good facilities/nearby bars This is the first time I stayed at the Hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from Jomtien Beach Road but there are plenty of bars/restaurants in walking distance. The Hotel rooms are clean and spacious and all the facilities of the Hotel are good - the balcony swimming pool being very impressive. The lobby is large and impresive and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The views of Jomtien from the top floor room are excellent; the balcony is quite spacious and the minibar/freezer well stocked with reasonably priced products. I could not find any faults with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as the rooms are very good and not too expensive.Recommended!
Hotel Feature Tip : The Hotel is positioned about 5 minutes walk from Jomtien Bach road so is lovely and quiet. The swimming pool is excellent.

Good location very close to busy area but nice and peaceful. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Could do with a little updating and re-decoration There is similar accomodation for about the same price but this is better value for money at around 1000 bhat per night including breakfast. No problem with the room which is a nice size with excellent views of Jomtien and spacious balcony but could benefit from re-decoration. The pubs opposite are okay but cater more for adults and I would not particularly recommend for families with children

good breakfast buffe! Quiet and still near to center of all shopping old and need freshing up! the hotel is situated at the beginning of Jomtien Beach and has easy access with transportation to center of Pattaya and shopping area. It is quiet and good for people who want to relax but at the same time stay near all activities The hotel have a big breakfast buffe that serve western and asian style food. a good swimming pool on the 4th floor. Need freshing up and definitely we will come back.

The rooms are quite good with very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Close to beach. The staff can be quite sullen and some of the plumbing requires attention This was my 4th stay at this hotel. I like the rooms very much. They are very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed and great balcony with view over the beach. The staff need cheering up as they are very unenthusiastic.

Close to Jomtien Beach and local shops. Lack of knowledge by the hotel staff. Check-in I noticed a bit of an attitude. Laundry service was iron only and expensive. Hotel was once grand. Seems to have lost it's grand style of the building. Room had some problems; water running out of the A/C. and no communication about the double twin beds.

Very old and shows it. Rusty bathtubs, mildew on bathroom grout, worn carpeting, shabby, and bad scent. This is a hotel that sorely needs a total renovation. All of the bathroom fixtures and room furniture looked original and well worn. Upon arrival, the lobby was not air conditioned and the hotel staff looked tired and performance was slow. The elevator made strange noises. I would not stay here again.

Big swimming pool, good location. Breakfast food is to die for, very delicious and a wide range of fruits / salads. The hotel is getting old, rooms look weary. The Jomtien area has got much busier, not many nice Thai food shops around (mostly western food restaurants). I stayed in this hotel first time 2 years ago, so I decided to pick it this time (Dec 2008). It is very visible that there hasn't been any renovation since then. The rooms have tired look. One of the electric sockets was broken. Also, not enough light in the room in evening. Showerheads were a bit strange. Strong smell of fish in a corridor. OK, that's probably all from the bad side, now to the good things. The swimming pool is still big and clean. Breakfasts boast with a wide range of foods, some yummy salads. Everything is very fresh, nicely served and delicious. TV in rooms have a range of digital channels, in many languages. The beach is a 3 min walk away, massage shops are across the road. The hotel is full of Russians now, and also there are some Russian-speaking Thais in this area. The beach is much dirtier than 2 years ago.
Travel tip : A massage shop across the road is quite nice.

Reasonable price for the room, near the beach and nice restaurant with fresh seafood on the road along beach. Little bit old but compare with price you need to accept that. If you are looking for a quiet place and avoid too much crowd this is the place to choose. Hotel room that I stayed is average, acceptable level compare with the price. You can not expect it perfect but this is above average. If you want more than 4 star hotel you need to pay more. If your budget is limited you can choose this hotel. Good view from the room and you can go to beach with in 2 minutes, its the best point to choose this hotel. If you go to walking street, your transportation fee for 1 way will be 100-150B. If you catch motorcycle, it will be more cheaper.

close to beach and good seafood restaurant near by. Not noisy place. Good for family stay Transportation to the walking street or BIG C is little bit far If your budget is limited this is your choice to stay. Close to the beach and quiet environment yet you have lots of shops around to buy what you need. However everything is not perfect but it is ok. I think it is below average. If you expect more than four star hotel you need to spend more money for the hotel. Compare with the price I think this is good choice to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to save cost for transportation you better rent a motor cycle.

Good for guests who want a quiet hotel in the middle of Jomtien, close to the beach. Not to recommend for sophisticated people.
Restaurant Tip : At the end of the beach street (3 km) the best local seafood restaurant.
