So many negative points...
Excellent bed, good location for bars

I chose this hotel last minute because my usual hotels were full. Room on the 4th floor without elevator, worn furniture and doubtful cleanliness, shower on the balcony, keyless openable room door, no safe in room, noisy, pool and fitness are not in the hotel but in a nearby hotel... Everything is said, I can only recommend this hotel for partiers who do not care about comfort and convenience. Unworthy of the LK Group!

i stayed here before and it was good enough that i booked again for a month later. i had requested a room on the backside with good internet. i wanted to avoid the noise from the street and bars that starts daily at 4:00 pm so i could work while there.
they sent me a confirmation email weeks before telling me they understood and that all was in order.
upon arrival i checked into the room and all appeared to be OK, however when i set up my laptop to work i discovered no Internet connection. a call to the front desk informed me that there was no Internet on that floor of the hotel. i was told i could have a different room but it would be noisy. i had no choice because i had to get online to work. i moved to another room.
when i went to set up my laptop i noticed there was no electric. i called the front desk again and got a long cord so that i could work at the desk.
after working for an hour i decided to take a shower .................. no hot water! why? becuase the hot water heater had been removed!
i called the front desk again and she assured me they would take care of it. within about 10 minutes the engineer arrived, hooked up a new hot water heater in about 20 minutes, and then i was able to take a hot shower.
the person at the front desk informed me that the owner/manager knew about all of these problems for days yet did noting about them. i was told that this is always the case at this hotel. i asked how this would happen if they knew i had booked a month in advance and why not inform me by email or on check-in. again i was told the owner does not care or listen to staff about guest comments.
when i went to the sister hotel next door to use the pool, sauna and steam i was treated impolitely by the staff there even though i was staying at their property next door.
the steam room worked well but the sauna was not working. i think the owner doesn't care.

well , the good things about this hotel is it's close to the beach and most area surround you, don't have to use bike or taxi if you don't have any problem of walking a bit.
the hotel is surround with many club and pub you can chose , hotel service pretty good and nice people very friendly .
the bad or negative is the hotel very old ! not clean enough , internet very bad ,in my didn't had signal at all!! which you pay part of the service of having internet. no elevator if you are in the 3rd floor.
very loud and noise.
i pay over price for this hotel which i could of adding few dollar and get very nice and clean hotel.
in my opinion i'll never go back to the same hotel, but there is many people that wouldn't care for all the extra.
Nightlife Tip:
in the night there is so many things you can do and go , and not too far away!

not very happy as i booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and my freind checked out after 1 night however i still had to pay for the 3 nights for his room even when the room was taken by another the daymy freind checked out i should have got refunded 2 nights stay but i never.
Hotel Feature Tip:
music at ful volume from clubs across road every night in this hotel from 5 pm till 5am and it is very loud even in rooms.
