I booked a Studio apartment which matched the photos on the website. What the photos didn't show was that only half of the large studio was airconditioned so only half was inhabitable.
When I first arrived only 1 of the 2 AC units was blowing cold air but to their credit they fixed it as soon as I pointed it out. the elevator didn't service the part of the hotel that my room was in. Ordinarily I would have welcomed the extra exercise but walking up 3 flights of stairs in May in Thailand was a little more exercise than I cared for.
It wasn't all bad though. The breakfast was pretty good, the location was great and the staff did their best but there are to many other good places to stay in Pattaya.

We stayed in the 3 bedrooms located at the 2nd floor. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Although we booked the hotel without breakfast, we enjoyed our McDonald breakfast which is allocated just below the hotel. There are shops along the road outside the hotel. Beach is across the road and walking street is just minutes away by walk. The only disappointment is only 1 bathroom is attached to the 3 bedrooms. Nevertheless, it is still worth the money.
