Fantastic Hotel but lacking housekeeping

Just spent 3 weeks staying at the LK Crystal and was very happy with the size and the look of the hotel compared to other hotels i have stayed in at Pattaya but was very dissapointed by the lack of housekeeping staff and how on numerous times my wife and i was told that they couldnt clean our room as they were flat out cleaning the other rooms .

Clean and nice hotel. I'm appropriated with the place, it was clean. I think half of the hotel's rooms are for monthly stay, but it's quiet enough to relax and sleep.
There was no breakfast, that was the only pointed I was curious.

The hotel is far from the action in pattaya. It costs 50-60 Baht by motor cycle taxi to get to the place from Beach Road. The room is clean but very basic. No bathroom slippers. No tea/coffee maker. No food in the hotel. Complimentary coffee/tea available in the lobby though. Long term stay rates are quite low - 12000 baht a month not including water and electricity.

I could still smell the paint on the wall - and rooms are clean (but toilet was running water all the time). They had two hotel staff in reception (one was good - but the other was pretty rude). Unless you like street thai food or 7/11 food - will need to catch taxi or bike to get something to eat.
Value for money if just wanting to relax in hotel - will not recommnend if planning to check out night life / shopping / other activities.
