Third stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Breakfast included and was served as requested. Staff were friendly and no issues.

we dont like this hotel because of its location. the hotel is big but very old and very quiet as they are very few people staying there. we booked for 3 nights but we were forced to stay there for a night otherwise a night's stay would be charged. we were very disappointed.we made a mistake as we didnt know that it's very inconvenient.

LK has old school charm with rather grand lobby and rooms. Its not very modern.
Fast free WIFI.
Good gym.
Old fashioned plumbing needs upgrading.

Nice pool but closes very early, at 8pm.

Studio room was nice. AC made noise when on the lowest mode. Shower water did not come normal, either boiling hot or cold.
Travel tip:
Taxi of the hotel - extremely expensive. If you have reserved online and you don't have the voucher, they are probably not waiting for you.

Modern hotel in central location

i enjoyed my stay at metropole enough to extended my stay by 6 days. the location is two blocks away from the beach which is convenient but far enough away from the noise from the night life. the rooms are clean and spacious. the gym was reasonable with threadmill. although i didn't use the pool, the people who did seemed happy with it.

I have stayed here several times. Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious. Excellent gym and buffet breakfast. Easy to get around Pattaya.

Plesant stay, however the basement parking flooded and the hotel would not try to even talk about it. Had to pay to fix motorbke to renter.
Travel tip:
Close to all night life and shopping.

The Metropole is a very clean hotel in every department.The staff were very helpful and friendly.It is ideally situated on soi Diana just off the main 2nd road which is where you can hail a taxi or bus to take you elsewhere in Pattaya.I will definatley stay there again in the future without a doubt.

The stay was very nice. However, the second night I was here it rained and rained and the was totally flooded. To be safe I put mu rented motorbike in the hotel basment parking. Next morning I realized that it was the worst thing to do as I found that the motobike was 6 feet under water. The hotel manager told me that it was not the hotels problem and that employees also were in the same situation. She was plesant but didn't offer any help. Luckily the owner of the bike understood the problem and we made a good situation out of the nightmare. Will recommend the hotel to others.
