Rubbish showers.Limited breakfast choice
Staff were friendly and efficient, especially the chamber maids ,very chilled outlook.Rooms were very big but just let down by very poor showering facility.Breakfast choice was a bit limited but does suffice. The location is good with everything close by.Overall the Hotel is a great choice as the staff make you feel relaxed about everything and that is important when on a break.
Hotel Feature Tip : Sad but i thought the free internet provided was useful.

This is a 4 Star Hotel right on the edge of Soi Bukhao.Soi 13. It is the best place I have ever stayed in Pattaya
Despite visiting Pattaya 15 times, I had never seen this Hotel. It has an excellent location - just on the edge of Soi Bukhao/Soi 13 so is close to all the nighlife/bars/restaurants. The rooms are first class - ours had 2 balconies, the interior decor was excellent/large plasma TV/fridge/kitchen area/large bed/plenty of space. The Hotel is very very clean and the staff are first rate - speaking good English and providing excellent service. The pool area is great and I defy you not to feel special when you stay at this hotel as you receive a warm welcome in a fantastic environment. The restaurant is good and I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I have stayed at the Dusit Thani in Pattaya but the LK Metropole for me is superior in many, many ways. It's the very best place,by a mile, that I have stayed at in Pattaya. 10 out of 10!
Hotel Feature Tip : The rooms are a real home from home and make you feel very welcome

Well positioned for getting to all areas of Pattaya. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and no outside noise could be heard. Free Internet available in the lobby.
The free breakfast does not have a big selection of items. Could do with more fruit and cereals on offer. The pool is a bit too small for swimming and offers little shade. Shower in the bathroom was only handheld type. We could never get the inter-room telephone system to work.
The hotel is well located with a short walk to Mikes Mall and local shopping and entertainment areas. The baht buses are available very nearby the hotel. The WiFi coverage in the room was poor and I would appreciate the cost to be included in the room rate. There was no external noise in the room so it was not a problem sleeping no matter the time of day. Useful when you don't get back till the early hours. The staff were friendly and helpful but we found it impossible to get the phone system to make external or internal calls. It is very useful to get a local Thai SIM for your stay.

Big rooms, comfortable king beds, great location
Breakfast menu needs some variety, pool closed at 6 PM daily
The hotel is very convenient, our room was very big with a king bed, it had a kitchenette, loveseat, a dining table and chairs. The bath was a double tub for 2 people but could use a different shower curtain. Although our room did not have a view the room was big enough to make you feel as if you had a suite. We entertained twice while there and our guests complemented us on the room.
The hotel dining room was warm and inviting but the breakfast menu needs to be varied somewhat. They served the same meal every day we were there. I regret to say we did not sample their other meals due to our schedule.
The hotel has an excellent gym facility with all of the necessary equipment to keep in shape while on vacation. It was not crowded whenever I looked in as a passed by it daily when requesting an elevator.
While the pool is small the ambiance around it is nice and inviting. It is a shame that the hotel closes the pool at 6 PM daily. There were several days when we returned from golf and I wanted to take a quick dip in the pool only to find it closed.
The staff at the hotel was always very friendly and willing to assist with anything you ask of them.
In all I found the LK Metropole to be and enjoyable stay, we will probably stay there again on our return to Pattaya, and we will recommend it to others who venture to Pattaya.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We played golf daily and needed to make arrangements for taxis to take 5 people to play golf, the hotel had a driver that worked separately and he took our party 5 of the 8 days we played golf. His van was very clean and had seatbelts.

Friendliness of Hotel Staff
Location
Privacy
very nice location in Central Pattaya
This property is more like a serviced residence than a hotel.
The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller. The staff honors your privacy and visitors are allowed with out any major hazzles.
Pool is not the biggest and guest from other properties are allowed to use it as well, which i found strange.
The only negative point would be the unfriendly houskeeping staff, who was always displeased and when asked to come back later to service the room.
As well, the food was not impressive.
Recommended only if you need a room and don't care for any other services, overall very good value for money.
Nightlife Tip : very close to Pattaya Eden Club, and easy access to all other attractions

Pictures of the hotel on the internet look very nice, altough in reality the decor and style are over the top
Restaurant Tip : Robin restaurant is just 40 meters from the hotel and has good and cheap buffets.

I may not use this hotel since there is only one good point "rather new". If time passes, there would be nothing attractive there.
Nightlife Tip : May be good place for the people who loves nightlife in Pattaya...

Reasonably good and the attitude of the staff to be located out of the shower is passing
Internet Laundromat slenderly breakfast not paid WiFi (but no higher)
LK Group is so pleased, the first time we stayed in the Metropole. Exterior is beautiful enough that some are becoming outdated, the staff was also OK. The breakfast, eggs cooked in the can but there is a little disappointing because it was the other food slenderly. Was worried about WiFi,繋GARIMASHITA enough. It is located in the BATSUGUN, I got a promotion at折RI合E even rate them.

Hotel location (playing, eating, shopping, currency exchange)
Doorknob was broken out of the water was bad and antiquated equipment
Although the aging facilities at this hotel can enjoy the comfort and cleanliness in terms of the size of the room. Play is in walking distance if SOIBUAKAO, SONTEU BAITAKU and other places to go around so that you can afford. Is difficult to negotiate a five-Ok SONTEU sink to catch the second to load so I get to walk around.
