i have stayed in numerous hotels in pattaya. now only ever stay here or lk rennaisance.
rooms here are nicer and better value for money, rennaisance has the edge on location though.

this was my second stay at the lk royal suites and both times have been enjoyable. the hotel has two wings the suite wing and the standard wing, i've only stay in suite rooms the one bedroom and the versace and both have been great. good location far enough away from city center to give you some quite time for rest.

the hotel was a good place to stay,good sized rooms,a good breakfast,good service from staff,lots of massage and shopping close by, a big mall a block away,and easy walking distance to walking street and beach.

Pleasant pool, centrally located but difficult to find due to other LK hotels in the area.

Breakfast very good, staff very obliging. Rooms cleaned daily but shower recess and bathroom floors have a lot of mould but in general satisfactory.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Daytrip to Nong Gooch gardens requires a full day to see it all,and a trip to Pattaya Park Tower Beach Resort is well worth a visit.
Can recommend Butchers Arms Pub for good service and meals.

lk was a good hotel for my stay as a single blok close to every thing that i needed.like soi 7,8 and walking stret bracfast ok room cleanig ok location great i wiil stay again in this hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
lk is great for single as is central located. may be not so good for couples with snall childrens as it a night life area

Great location, 5 minute walk to Central pattaya mall and then through the other side of Central is the beach road. Soi Bouakao has many bars and restaurants, as do the small sois down the side leading to Pattaya road 2. Taxi buses regularly go along the soi and motorbike taxis are available outside hotel. Versace suite hot deal is excellent value for money as the room is like a condo, it has in room cooking and dining facility, large size living room with tv, hi fi and dvd. The bedroom also has a tv. The bathroom has seperate shower and bath/jacuzzi. Will definitely book this hotel again.

this was my fourth stay at the lk royal suites, the versace suites are superb, great size , loads of room to relax, all the satff are first rate from the maid to the reception staff and the waiters in the restaurant cannot do enough for you.
Restaurant Tip:
Leng Kee just round the corner, great thai food and very cheap, open 24 hours as well.

it was enjoyable staying at lk royal suite hotel, the staff are friendly, the room was spacious, the food was delicious. the close distance to the beach, restaurants and many shops around the hotel are among things that made our stay so enjoyable. as a couple, we did had a thai hospitality by staying at royal suite hotel..we do plan to stay again at this hotel for our next travel to pattaya
