This is a beautiful Hotel. The room a Big. There was a large Jacuzzi Bath. 2 Balcony's and 2 TVs. There was a nice pool on the second floor. The View from the Balcony's wasnt much good and its a long way from Walking Street. But you cant always get the Bath bus.
Shopping Tip:
This Hotel is only 5-7 min walk from Central. A massive Shopping Center

Always A Treat
Great rooms, excellent gym and swimming pool
9.7
My family and myself have stayed at the LK Royale suites hotel on many Occasions, And have always found the staff and Ammenities first class, The staff remember us and especialy our young son who really enjoys interacting with them, The hotel is just a short walk from the Beach& Shopping and is located in a quieter part of Pattaya so you don't walk out the door to noisy traffick, I would recomend LK Royale Suites to anyone be it Family or Singles, Well done to the Owners and Staff
Hotel Feature Tip:
Checkout the Pool

Always like to visit this hotel for the 1-bed room suite. Value for money, good location at the heart of everything.
if you like spacious room with kitchen and living room, the best in Pattaya.

Stayed a total of 1 hour only because we looked for other options. Horrible Manager and staff attitudes. They were unwilling to move us after being in the room 5 minutes and having the AC not working properly and floods from the rainfall pouring into the room, we have some great photos of this dump, did not phase them either. Poorly layed out and furnished rooms. Hundreds of other places nearby with prices better than this location. We would never stay at this location even if the price was free.

LK Royal Suite
Cleaniness, Helpful Staff, Location
9.3
The rooms were exceptional & kept spotless. Nothing was any trouble for the staff to help you. The foyer was very impressive. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat there but I'm sure if it was like the rest of the accomodation it would be first rate.

better places available for less
food in the restaurant was good, and staff were helpful and friendly
5.3
I would suggest avoiding this hotel, as there many others in the area which are better, or suggest only booking 1 night and make your own mind up if you want to stay longer... Unfortuntaely the hotel is on busy road, and even being on the 4th floor, we heard all the street noise 24hrs, which made a decent sleep difficult. Our room door had a gaps around it, hence it was not well sealed to keep out the noise or mosiquito's.... The standard of the bathroom was very low and in need of some maitenance and refurbishment.

I stayed in an apartment not a standard room, my mates stayed just up the road in the Sunview which was half the price, guess what after seeing the LK they are staying there after coming back from Phuket, dont think you can beat this place for value for money everywhere is only a short ride on the baht bus or motorcycle taxi from here.
Could not work out why I could not get my breakfast on my room tab though.
Outdoor swimming pool on second level was just what you needed after a few hours out
Noise level from nightlife not to bad if you wanted an early night.
Really can't knock this place suited me will stay again.

lk royal suites hotel
large rooms, comfortable beds, jacuzzi in bath, clean, nice pool
9.3
Stayed at Royal Suites in the 1br suite and was very impressed. the room was very large with a kitchen and living room. the bathroom which is located in the bedroom was equipped with a jacuzzi tub which i thought was great for the price. I was a solo traveller and the only negative to this hotel i found was the distance to walking street.. if youre walking it can take you up to 20 mins, i quickly remedied that situation by renting a motorbike next door to the hotel for 150 baht a day... about $5 a day. i would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.. and for solo travelers the best part is there is no companion fee.
Restaurant Tip:
there are alot of small restaurants and bars around the hotel.. make sure you try them the thai food is delicious and very inexpensive
